After dealing with one of their other web sites , Hidkitslights is another ripoff , if you use paypal look at their contact info, the same, they have multiple web sites they use with different names, but same contact info on paypal, stay away from these ripoffs
Don't fall for their hype on their web site , If I could rate these rip offs I Would give them a -100 and send them to jail for fraud

I bought a kit from CarXenonHIDKits last year. One bulb failed within 60 days. I asked for a replacement and was told it was shipped 4 months ago. I have tried several times to reach them by email, their online chat and calling them directly. The direct calls to customer service always go into voice mail. The chat always results in them telling me to send an email and wait 48 hours. The emails go unanswered. They feel like a scam.

Ordered a H4 kit back in 2013 for motorcycle, kit was missing a second ballast and bulb which I pointed out to him that even though bike only uses one bulb, the kit was priced same as car kit, and they sent us the second one no problem. A year later a bulb went out and a new one was sent to us no problem. NOW, one ballast died altogether and the other one has intermittent break in output wire. I've been trying to email back about warranty from both web site messenger and also by replying back through last email but no response back. NOW today I see website not available and their site account is suspended!!!

I purchased a full HID KIT from this site a couple of years ago. Within a year a ballast and bulb had failed. Many back and forth e-mails and finally received a replacement. It took about a month. This time I'm running into the same issues. Drivers bulb failed and used the chat feature on the site first. Told me to e-mail
[email protected] Which I did. No response. Called today, did option 1 for sales – no one available and option 2 for customer service – no one available. Got a call back, told them the situation I got "ok, thank you" and then disconnected. He didn't take my info or anything. E-mailed again to find out the status.

Don't buy anything from this freak. I believe this person one man band and created a web site and showing off like a big company. I wanted to get a replacement bulb because it was under warranty but he called me stupid and did not even reply my emails or phone calls. He has this online chat thing and he hates to deal with customer service. He should go to hell instead of ripping off the people here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!!
I bought 2 kits from them….. used the on-site bulb selector. The kit for my low beams was the right bulb type… for my fogs was incorrect.
They charged me HST (provincial sales tax) in US dollars!!
Sent an email…. no response
Called… press 2 for csr…. they r not available… leave a message
Called… press 1 for sales… all of the sudden they are available.
The guy asks me for my name…. didn't even take my last name or phone number and said he will call me back. Really? I didn't know Adam is such a one of a kind name that you know exactly who I am.
Oh and apparently these are German… I bought a cheap Chinese set last year off ebay for 30 dollars and guess what… the ballast is THE EXACT SAME F ONE!!!!

I had ordered 2 sets of hids and one of the sets was the wrong set up for my car, they both were open not newly sealed and were missing the conversion harness. I had emailed them back and they agreed to an exchange. I mailed the kit back and emailed them letting them know I had mailed them back. a moth goes by and no response. I emailed them 3 more times before I decided to just call in hopes to get any response. I finally got ahold of a guy, not even worthy of the title gentleman, he said "ya can I help you" I started to tell him my reason for calling and he said email me and then hung up on me. this happened twice to me and 3 times to my husband. After email and calling over and over a few times a week since July 23rd I still have not received my lights nor have I received my new hid kit. I have filed a claim with paypal and I'm still having to contact the seller rather than receiving any help from paypal. These guys are unprofessional and I hope you don't buy from them. you will be greatly disappointed.

The way they work the warranty is they say the claim is processed and then ignore any subsequent inquiries. Don't buy anything from these shysters. Unethical and unreliable. The A.G. of New York needs to shut them down.

Bought a kit a couple of years ago. On the site they claim lifetime warranty. One of the bulbs went and I emailed them for replacement. They replied that my claim was processed but did not send anything, even after repeated emails. They also claim parts are made in Germany but there is nothing stamped on the parts to substantiate that. German made parts always have markings on them.

I got a pair of bulbs from them last year and within 5 months, one of them blew up. They say that warranty can be handled only via emails and no response for 2 months.

Bought 2 kits last year. After a few months my fog lights went out, went through warrenty for new ones. Then a headlight went out, claim went through and I got the wrong color!!! Emailed them to let them know…. NOTHING! Then the fog light went out again. 3 month later STILL WAITING FOR MY HEADLIGHTS AND FOG LIGHTS TO GET HERE!!! So I call. I get a hello or hold on….. then they hang up! $#*! customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for! I wold never recommend this company to anyone.

Friday morning, I went online to order lights for my boyfriend for his birthday. Unfortunately, I ordered fog lights instead of headlights. Yeah. I know that was my bad. I spoke to someone on the live chat immediately after and they advised me to send an email to
[email protected] and inform them of the mishap and they would assure they would send out the proper lights and just charge the difference to my card. So I emailed them twice and got no response. I called the "toll free" line and got no response. I called over 32 times over the weekend before getting a response from a man named Antonio on Tuesday. (assuming they were closed for the holiday weekend) He advised me the product has already shipped but he would contact Fed Ex, have them bring it back and send out the proper lights and just charge my card. I told him I was even willing to pay extra for the trouble and re-shipping it. He insisted that wasn't necessary and he would get it fixed and call me back. I never received a call and we received the FOG LIGHTS this morning.. When I called to speak to a manager, I got a man named "David." He didn't seem interested in what I was saying AT ALL. In fact, he was having his own background conversation while I was speaking. He told me he would send me an email informing me of how to return the product. And I told him I would not be paying return shipment for this as I was guaranteed it would be resolved before arriving to our home. I asked what we could do to fix this. He said, "Hmmmmm. I'll just send the money back to your account. Okaaaay? Bye." And hung up on me. I called back afterward and got a voicemail each time I called. This whole process was extremely unprofessional, and as someone who knows the business of shipping from a store or an online store, customer service is so important. These crooks cared more about taking my money and shipping me lights than sending the right lights and making it right for a customer. A customer who was willing to pay for extra charges for getting the right product out the first time. I won't be ordering from this site again and I advise all others, if you have a problem with an order, your best bet is to suck it up and accept what they give you because they won't assist in making it right for you. Worst customer service I have had from an online store and even on the telephone. I'm surprised this store is still up and running.

I would never order from here again! I payed $20 for over night f-ing shipping and it didn't even come in 1-2 days! I would call them and they would say it will be here today and hang up. But it would never show up. I'm not impressed with this company one bit.

I called to inquire about some lights for my car. He said he had what i needed. He told me my package would be here next day by 2 pm..I never received it. I asked for a receipt and tracking info. I kept calling about it. The guy called me a bitch and hung up and never answered the phone again.
