SCAMMERS AVOID!!!!!!
Just returned from Crete and have been scammed by this company. On arrival was told our car had been upgraded and he made a point of saying it was new – it wasn't, lots of scratches and over 15k on clock. Checked vehicle over and added some more scratches to list, also fuel tank wasn't full, as per the policy it should have been. Went off had a lovely time, no issues what so ever with car so was confident there would be no problems at drop off – how wrong. Instantly the guy checking car walked straight over to front pointing out a large scrape that was right underneath the front bumper and could only be seen from laying on the ground – he didn't do this just instantly pointed to it when walking up. There was NO WAY this had happened during our rental and as we hadn't checked the underneath of the car at the beginning of rental didn't have a leg to stand on. After pointing this out all he was interested in was charging our card, saying you have UK insurance so no problem, he didn't even check the other side of car and just billed us for 鈧?20. Clearly, after a quiet season this "upgrade" car was a plant to get money from us and I'll lay money on the damage not being repaired and the next unsuspecting travellers getting the same treatment. Spoilt what was a lovely holiday and will NEVER use this company again!

Best company for renting a car in Athens. Friendly staff, quick service, new car and correct price.

The worst experience we ever had in our life.
If you want to have a great holiday, avoid this stupid joke named rental car company.
They ripped of us for 155 euro extra. We already paid for full excess protection but they said this is not enough and we paid another full excess protection.
After this, we took the car and we realized that the A/C doesn t work. We called them and we spent i day on the phone.
They came with other car and as our car had the fuel tank full , we requested to make the full for the other car. The driver said that he doesn t have money to make the full and i have to take it as it is. "I this it s enough because we already came with other car. Now you want the petrol also…"
I ve just asked for what i ve paid. Nothing more.
Avoid avoid avoid this "rental company"
They made me to hate Crete.

We had reserved a small car and when we arrived, we realised that it was too small to fit our luggages. The staff who collected us was very helpful and offered us a bigger car at a very sensible rate, which i paid with pleasure.
No hidden costs, excellent pick up and drop off, i will choose them again this year.

I rented a car for Chania few days ago. The car was in very good situation and the staff were really helpful! I will choose them again!

I have just returned a car to carwiz in Chania airport after a 7 days rent. When I got the car it had a lot of scratches, which was marked on a piece of paper (with an illustration of the car). Returning the car coursed no problems what so ever. I forgot my glasses in the car which I realized when the officer who had been kind enough to drive us to the airport from the carwiz office had returned to the office. I went there to get my glasses but the car was already sent to cleaning. Another officer closed the office and drove me to the cleaning place where I got my glasses. After that I was transported back to the airport. Super service!

This agency and employees will do everything they can to make you pay money for nothing. We hired a car in Crete, Chania, with this agency. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They will do anything ti rip you off! we booked the car online with full coverage, as usual.
When we got there(City center Chania) the agent, said that we do not have full coverage and we have to pay an extra 60 euros. Fortunately I print everything I book and receive on email when we go on a holliday, so we said no to that.
A young girl (20-25 years) took us to the car to check it and take pictures. The car was fuuuuull of scratches from an end to another. it look horrific! we took some pictures as well. when we said : ''look there is another strach here, please take a picture'', she was very angry and rude to us.
we had the car for 3 days, and we drove extremely carefull.
When we took the carback, it was dark outside. It was the same lady who came out to chek it. It lokked very suspicious when she turned her phone light one and went straight to a certain part of the car, and she said , look there is a scract here, that wasn't before. we looked on the pictures that we took , when we rented the car, and guess what! the scract was there from the begining. then she went to another specific part of the car and she showed us another one. Unfortunately, we didn;t had a picture on our phone with that part of the car.
She argued with us and threatened us and asked us to pay for a 2 cm light scracth, that it might have been there all along, 300 euros! She even lied , that if we don't pay it, she will have to pay it from her salary.
This event got us really upset.
From the begining to the end they were set to charge us more money for nothing!!!!

I just returned a car at Athens airport. All smooth and nice. People were very friendly and helpful

Rent car Athen,pick up airport,drive 10 min.
Very kind staff,when we return car,they drive us to the metro.

Fraudulently took hundreds of Euros from my deposit. In Crete the garage fills up you car not the driver, a garage put diesel in my petrol car. They refused to deliver a new car to me. Charged me for the whole 2 weeks even though they had agreed to cancel my contract so I could arrange another car locally. They charged me a additional 鈧?00 for repairs but had told me at the booking I was fully covered "All in"
Nothing short of criminal activity, if you want a peaceful holiday in Crete never, ever use this company or its sisters company Letsdrive

Cheap rates, brand new cars. I was a bit worried for booking with them since they opened a new branch in Athens. I booked from AIA (Athens Airport) a brand new Citroen C3 for a month. No issues as expected with the new car. I was picked up from the airport (10mins trip to their branch) and I was also offered a trip to the nearest metro station once I returned back the car (had to catch a plane an odd time therefore I returned the car a bit earlier). Just make sure to let them know the expected time of arrival and they will pick you up with your luggage.

We had a very good experience by hiring a car from Carwiz in Chania airport.. Car was new , clean and the representatives where very polite and professional.. No hidden charges as our previous experiences in several islands ..Highly recommended !
