Extremely pleased with the workmanship and the turn around. My car is a 2020 so I was very happy to get it back looking like the day I bought it. When taking my car to the shop they told me the process on getting a rental and who to contact. That went extremely smooth also. Another impressive thing by the body shop was that they examined my entire car to see if any other damage occurred. They explained that in a deer collision a deer can be tossed around to the side and make impact to the side of the vehicle. They did a thorough inspection to see if that occurred.

NOT AGAINST CARWISE: Do not purchase any Honda Ridgeline vehicle unless you don't mind an obnoxious, intermittent motor noise coming from the dash board that Honda knows about but either refuses/can't fix. The factory claims it is a "characteristic of the vehicle" that the dealerships are aware of and yet AutoNation Honda in Tucson sold it without disclosing that this annoying noise occurs. Since purchasing, I have had other people tell me they have had the same noise as far back as 2009. (maybe why it was off the market for a while). Don't be fooled by the nice drive and gas mileage–the noise will drive you crazy as it becomes more frequent and louder. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Carwise refuses to respond to my multiple emails. They list reviews for a shop I felt did not do a good job repairing my vehicle and Carwise ignores my requests for assistance.

06-25-2020 My 2016 Mercedes-Benz E400 W212 front bumper had an apparent improper repair lower front right end when it was leased from Mercedes dealership. Scott Baker from McCollum Auto Body Vancouver took time out to go and see my vehicle bumper. He immediately noticed the improper repair and wrote up an estimate. I took my bumper to McCollum Auto Body and they did a stunning repair and repainted the bumper perfectly. Bill the painter did a truly amazing job matching the bumper to the rest of the vehicle. It looked like black glass very glossy and you can see all that metallic through the obsidian black paint. Scott was very attentive and made sure I was happy with the results. I finally found a body shop that knows what they're doing.

I had my Toyota Rave 4 fixed OLender's and pick it up yesterday. They did a really nice job fixing the damage. Kamile called to follow-up on the progress and when my car would be done, too! AAA recommend you all to me and now I see why.

The owner Ken Wrobell is a MIRACLE WORKER and my hero. My rating is 12 stars. I brought in my 2013 Mini Cooper after two panels on the passenger side of the car were greatly scraped by an adjacent driver attempting to park into the space next to me. There were serious multiple white horizontal lines an my black car. The original estimate was $1,000.00 to repaint the two panels. My insurance deductible is $1,000.00. I was given an option that the scratches could be cleaned on the side panels. He also agreed to do all the scratches that have accumulated on my car. When I came out to view my car it looked like it could be placed in the show room of a dealership as a new car. I actually shook with positive shock as I keep circling to view my new car, there were no scratches. My car was washed and the interior cleaned. He only charged me $150.00. Taylor Blue

You would never know they have been in business for almost 2 years. It took 4 to 6 hours for me to get a car, after they knew I was on my way with a down payment. There was one mistake after another on the paperwork. No one seemed to be very confident in what they were doing! It was just one big cluster****! Almost as bad as Green Ford!

Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service. Give you the run around about your car loan. Threaten to come and take their car and it towed after you put down a down payment.

This site is owned by CCC, they are a software company who provide estimatic information to autobody shops. To be listed as on of the companies they would refer customers to you have to use their product. The reviews the provide is via their review systems. To be a part of their network you have to subscribe to their software at a cost of around $750 a month. They don't tell a consumer this when you land on their page. As an independent shop owner who don't use their software, we have to fight get each of the customers we acquire. Site's such as this should be honest as to what they are doing, namely harvesting consumers who do not know any better to use their referral network.
