I was in urgent need of a cartridge for some really important work and after I ordered them cartridgeshop said not to contact them for 7 days as they were also having delivery problems.

However I wrote back to Simon Heath at customer services telling him I needed the cartridge urgently and he was extremely helpful and made sure they were in the post 1st class the same day and I received them the next day.

I really appreciated that great service and cannot thank Simon enough for the outstanding customer service provided. I will be going to cartridgeshop in future for all my requirements. They helped me out in a jam and I shan't forget this.

I ordered some ink, after 7 days I chased, they said wait a few more days, still nothing. After 14 days I chased again, they said they'll re-send, after nearly 3 weeks still nothing. Got a refund and still no ink! We live in central London, what can go that wrong?

Customer service with this company is 5 star. I had difficulties with printer and cartridges and Nikki advised me how to try to reset printer and get it working. It didn't work so full refund within the hour of emailing problem. Well done

Leeanne phoned me after I had emailed twice to say my item had still not been received. She took time to explain my options and was very helpful, polite and friendly. Because of her good customer service, I will deal with Cartridgeshop again. Thank you.

While their web site seemed to be having a few problems dealing with my initial enquiry Leeanne quickly pointed me in the right direction. She also had to eventually take my order over the 'phone but this was okay because, despite it being Friday afternoon at what was probably the end of a long week dealing with customers like me, she was cheery and informative and got me sorted with the ink I needed.

The ink cartridges we ordered were delivered quickly but weren't suitable for our desktop printer. Cartridge Shop arranged for replacements to be sent out to us and we even got a refund for the difference! Many thanks to Emma and Emilia for their help.

I have used this company a number of times and could not beat the price nor the value for money and I looked at a number of other sites. I had a problem fitting one black cartridge ,contacted them very quick reply and resolved the problem in mins.
Yes I would and have recommended this company as I found them hard to beat.

Had a problem with compatibles for my Epson xp700 so ordered pack of 4 colours plus photo black of originals. OK, I ordered on 30 dec but to date (11 Jan) have only had 3 of the 5 cartridges. The joke is that this firm SEND EACH CARTRIDGE IN A SEPERATE ENVELOPE AND WITH A SEPERATE INVOICE. I received the 3 cartridges over a period of 3 days. When I rang up about not receiving the other 2 cartridges I was told they would send them again (2) but would have to wait from 7 to 10 days again. In the meantime I now have to go and buy the missing ones at full price locally.

I realised about a month after my original orde rthat I had not received it all. Emailed the company and got a response (at the weekend!) and was duly sent my order. Shame about the initial error but they rectified the problem quick and efficiently without any hassle whatsoever. Will now use them again!
