Cartridge World Manchester

Due to a bit of confusion during this holiday season, an incorrect toner cartridge was purchased by a family member, opened and installed in the printer, rendering it, apparently, unfit for return to Walmart. I have not used refilled cartridges before, but thought I would give it a try. The person behind the counter at Cartridge World was patient and friendly with the customer in front of me, who seemed a bit confused with technology and the need for the original debit card to process a return. Watching their interaction alleviated the wait.

When it was my turn, I explained the purpose of my visit, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a bonus cartridge given to new customers. So, in addition to the yellow ink, I received a black cartridge, too! Don't know how the ink will perform, but the customer service was great.

I have been buying refilled cartridges from Cartridge World in Manchester and Salem for years. The product is high quality and the staff are excellent. They stand behind their service and products. Always polite and helpful, and the prices are the best. I'm happy to recommend them!

Main problem is that cartridges don't read correctly but they work fine.
Will continue to use them
