Ordered and Collected from the Mitcham location. Spoke to Steve (I think that's the chaps name) prior to ordering online for click and collect to confirm some details which was a lovely experience. Great phone manner and really helpful. Received my notification the order was ready as expected and collected right on time!!

Ordered our ink cartridges at the beginning June. Has taken nearly 8 weeks a couple of emails and a phone call to be told that they are there for collection. In the interim we ordered direct from Epson got them in a week and purchased 2 packs from Office Works.

I ordered some toner online, to be picked up at the Mt Barker Store. The receipt said that it would be available within 24-48 hours, however I hadn't heard anything during that time frame (but only just, it was only a day longer, not weeks or anything like that) and emailed the store to query when it would be available. The employee that replied to my email, Luke Rowe, not only responded super quickly but also offered to drop the toner to my house on his way home. This was a massive help to me during school holidays when I have my 4 children at home and it was very much appreciated.

The staff at Hurstville Branch were great. Prompt with updated information and ETA and that is a rare but desired quality these days. It is Cartridge World for me for all those items from now on. Meaning I'll swap other retailers for Cartridge World ….. because of the impression the Hurstville Staff have left me with. Very positive.
