Before COVID-19 I used Cartrawler for all of my rental car bookings (up to 4 different bookings a month on occasions). After COVID-19 is over, I will NEVER use them again. All over promised refund of $72.

Initial car too small. Upgraded car much better, smooth transfer

Friendly staff who answered all our questions and directed us where to pick up vehicle. The vehicle was in perfect conditions and super clean. Would definitely recommend.

Thought was booking with Jetstar who ducked for cover when cartrawler refused to refund our pre-payment when refused to allow car to be hired when a valid licence produced at a partner hire company called Alamo.
Tried to hide behind some obscure term that made no sense about industry standards.
Check with airline or who you think you are booking with as happy to take their referral money but no responsibility when their customers are ripped off

Rental car with Del Paso in Malaga. They forced us to pay for their insurance, if we did not pay. they would not give us a car, that we had booked trough Cartrawler in advance. Their insurance cost over 400% more than the rentalcar price, plus we have insurance through credit card already. So we were asked to leave without a car. Standing alongside the road with two children 3year and a 4 month old in the sunshine. Never use DelPaso!!

pick up was OK. on return, there was a rude and surly receptionist who did his utmost to find damage to the car and charge us accordingly! He actually admitted he was good at ripping people off!

Record go was the hire car that came from Cartrawler search via ryanair. Absolute disgrace. They said I clocked up 666km! If I did 66 it would be on the topside. They have charged me 拢134 excess mileage. They will not back down. BE WARNED. SCAMMERS. THIEVES. LIARS.
