I recently bought the Vcartoonizer version 1.4.3 and ever since I have been unable to convert my videos into any of the cartoon effect. I have emailed [email protected] at least twice but have received no response. I have tried their online free image apps and really enjoyed them, hence why I thought to patronize the video cartoon app. However, at the moment I am quite disappointed especially since I haven't received any email response. I would like for a representative to help and hopefully I can either get a refund or resolve the issue with the purchased app.
This is literally a cry for help since there is no other way to contact cartoonize video support team
