My partner used this company a few months back and while the ordering process was problem free, when the wrong items arrived and he challenged it, he was met with a complete lack of professionalism.
They ignored his emails and calls and eventually when he did hear from the woman (I think her name was Tracey), she was vile and rude.
Avoid this company, save yourself the money and the hassle and find a company who treats their customers with respect and actually has a clue how run a business.
On top of that, I've seen that any bad reviews they have had on Google, they have screenshotted and plastered all over Cartley's Facebook page, shaming the person who left the review and breaching GDPR, further proving that they aren't capable of dealing with any situation professionally.
I suggest that instead of being a vile keyboard warrior, they work on running the business effectively.
