Bought my third car from them a year ago having had good service with first 2 Just been reading reviews and I was struck by the huge differences in opinions. I am not going to speculate why, but felt I had to say I have found the service to be brilliant. I was looking for a small SUV, admittedly not a huge choice but the salesman showed a lot of patience looking for something. He then had a stroke of genius and came up with a Mini Countryman. Not an obvious first choice I had to admit but proved to be just what we wanted. Reminded about MOT, then about service and car returned clean, service staff pleasant and helpful. Some people seem to be very unlucky.

1 year on, I am very happy with my Carshop purchase, I asked to view a car the same day and it was prepped ready and waiting for me, the sales people I dealt with were all friendly and knowledgeable and were more than happy with my various requests. When I agreed to purchase it, they were happy for me to use an external finance company and the car was prepped to a good standard. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is that the car was only provided with one key, which I wasn't told about until I was signing the paperwork. Other than disappointment, I was satisfied with their service.

Second time i've brought a vehicle from CarShop Norwich. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
A mention to Curtis as whilst being fairly new, he was incredibly helpful and honest in trying to find the right option for me. Also, thanks to his manger (Daryl i believe) who persisted in finding a suitable solution for me (and succeeded!).
A special mention to Gareth (BM) who was clear and precise with the relevant info and also an all round great guy to talk to! Also, thanks to Vanessa and the guys who did all they can to get the car to me as soon as they could.
All round good experience and i will be coming back in a couple/few years time for my next purchase.
