Made an appt over the phone was given wrong branch however Alfie the salesman was very accommodating and saw me straight away ! Great deal and great salesperson highly recommend ?

Colin Watts should get salesman of the year very knowledgeable abut the Qashqai we are looking at buying, he talked us through all options open to us spending almost 2 hours in all looking at 5 cars in particular. In the end we settled on the black 63 plate. Thanks for all your help Colin

First time to buy a car, and last time. Oh yes they are friendly when you are buying, but if you have a problem with your car, their communication is poor. We took the car back to them several time because of a noise that sounded like grinding.. They fobbed us off each time. To get them to call you back takes at least 24 hours as you go through a call centre. You cannot get to speak directly to the place you bought the car, (Norwich).

They were also patronising to us, assuming because we are old we did not work, and when I asked for a loan car so they could investigate our car further, the representative for customer experience said people who work need the loan cars!

So very disappointed, not only with the car, but even more so with Car Shop I see reviews that are good when people buy a car, but woe betide if you have a problem. They really don't want to know you because if they have to do anything to your car it comes out of profit.

We have turned to our loca garage who we trust to find out what the real problem is with the car. Meanwhile, we are not happy with our purchase at all. Huge buyer beware regrets .

Overall very happy, car is perfect (so far). Only downside i had to wait quite a while to be seen but other than that all good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
