This company are con artists they took my car sold it to 3 different people on the same day and never paid me. The director mr mickel beckford is a fraudster and has given me the car back saying its not on finance anymore but it is. He has done nothing but lie to me since feb and still no further forward he just flat out does not respond to calls/texts. Expect court proceedings you thieving coward you are a poor excuse of a man.

Absolute thieves and scammers, please don鈥檛 do any business with these people, they took my car from me in November 2019, promised 拢9500.00 not seen the car or any money since, very disappointed with them. Please don鈥檛 go near them, I have all the evidence to prove it.

Do not trust this 鈥榗ompany鈥?with selling your car! They do not have any intention of selling it for you. They take it and then do not pay you, refuse to give you your car back and ignore all emails, calls and texts. I had to get the police involved to get my car back. And when I did they had added 1,000 miles onto it and the inside was disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves if you work for the 鈥榦wner鈥? Do not trust them!

My experience with this company has been one I would not like to have again. My daughter was after a first car and we found the perfect car on their website(pictures were great on the website). I contacted them and asked about it and was asked to pay a 拢500 deposit to secure the car (I have never done this before when buying a car). 125 miles away I set off to collect the car and was sent the address when we arrived it was a house on the outskirts of Birmingham and the gentleman that met us was not expecting us even tho I gave them 2 days notice. The car was parked under a tree not even washed or valeted, there was moisture in the boot (well it was very wet) and on the back seats. The front bumper was off slightly at one side and there was mould on the sun visor. When I done a MOT check on the car there were 2 minors on there, 1 was the rear exhaust box and the second was the brakes were wearing thin on the front, during the correspondence I asked if these had been rectified to which i had a written response of yes. Again inspecting the car as a novice none mechanic I could clearly see the brakes had not been changed as there was little pads left. An overall terrible experience and will not be buying again from this company.

No fees or charges like other companies , Got more than I expected for my car and the whole process was easy safe and professional and simple, Most importantly money was available in my bank on the date stated

Was a little worried and actually thought they wouldn鈥檛 collect as my first and second collection didn鈥檛 take place, they were extremely apologetic and gave me ample notice and explained that due to current circumstances they had limited numbers of collection reps, But apart from two failed collections no issues car was collected I was kept up to date with progress and payment received as agreed

Great scheme, I was very worried at first with regards to my collection with my family being in isolation due to the virus I worried how I鈥檇 do simple things like sign my contract, However everything was digital and the collection team did everything possible to conform to social distancing, Very happy with the level of care provided while ensuring both parties completed and collected all documents

Was surprised they considered my vehicle as it had existing finance however this was no problem at all, No problems start to finish and payment for vehicle was received promptly after sale.

Not the best time to decide to sell a car but with current work cuts this was the ideal solution, Customer service was amazing and they collected same day to get the ball rolling, All documents signed online, I left all relevant paperwork in vehicle so no need for any form off contact, I just opened the door and after the collection man showed me his ID I let him know location of my keys, So no contact was required, I鈥檝e been kept up to date throughout and my car sold very quickly which has took a huge weight of my shoulders

Initially I was slightly worried as it鈥檚 a huge asset to just hand over however this company are full of surprises I knew from the initial call that customer satisfaction is high on their agenda,I have been kept up to date with regular calls or emails throughout, I have no complaints pricing, collection and paperwork all straightforward and my car sold on day 20, I was advised the same day that vehicle had sold and given a date to receive agreed figure and the money was in my bank as promised

This service was completely new to me I鈥檝e never heard of anything like it, Taking that into consideration I was very nervous to participate, But right from the team on the phone to the collection driver everyone gave me great confidence, The process was very easy I struggle a little with technology so was concerned about the idea of a e-sign contract but it was so easy, Unfortunately my car didn鈥檛 sell within 28 days only negative but I received payment as agreed

Let鈥檚 start with negatives driver was 40 minutes late which was a major issue, However one quick phone call and collection was arranged from my work place, Collection process took roughly 20 minutes so I was easily able to complete on my break, Positives great customer service, Great price, Quick and easy application, Good communication, Fab customer service and most importantly monies received as agreed, Would defiantly recommend

What can I say but A****, Whole process explained in depth on first call, Everything agreed was delivered right from collection to receiving funds, Communication and customer service were excellent and I was pleasantly surprised when my car sold within 21 days, highly recommended
