I ordered a product shipped from UK to avoid shipping taxes.
They are instead shipping from HongKong which takes ages and results in huge customs taxes.
Before I accepted the packet they promised to refund the taxes.
But after I payed they are not willing to refund the the taxes any more.

Do not buy from them!!!
There are way better companies out there.

Absolutely the worst ever company i have had the misfortune to deal with.
The Autel scanner arrived and was faulty. I was expected to pay return fees on duff goods. There was no offer of a full refund. After much dialogue via email the customer service experience was atrocious and i waited several days to get replies, all of which unsatisfactory. After much frustration I upgraded to a differnt unit as no replacements were available, only to find that an import tax of 拢15 was due upon delivery, which took 20 days, just adding to the cost. Not cheap, not friendly and not worth the hassle!!

negative experience.
received defective product, after two and a half months I respond …. and now do not want to meet after all this time, losing more time.
asking them to send at my expense the product (also a month of travel) when they receive send new product (another month)
after two months it expires pay pal protection will have a working product?
will ship an empty parcel?
difidate bad sellers, pay pal protects them more than us,
Chinese sellers with good products and there are honest?

I've already bought tools from a lot of sellers and I never had such a good experience as on carsets. Everything was perfect. The carrier chosen by carsets just made the difference for me… Fast and without worries.
