Placed order at the end of March. Sent several emails when my covers didn't arrive and was assured that the covers where on there way. Been on holiday for 6 weeks to find that they still have not arrived! Website now down.

I ordered seat covers and they haven't arrived. When i tried to contact them their website has closed down, but on the trustpilot reviews their email, mob number, address have been put on for you to try and contact.

This company is trading fraudulently as they take your money but no goods are ever received! We have chased this company and spoken with someone who just answers the phone on their behalf. We are taking this further to Trading Standards and Fraud Alert!

Ordered a pair of car seat covers on 3rd August. Received confirmation email. Now 19th August and no contact and no goods received. Email bounced back and telephone number unobtainable. Today their website is down so I don't know address to write to them. Am lodging a dispute with my credit card company. Have just found this site thankfully this confirms that they are rogue traders.

Ordered seat covers at Easter 2014…we're now on 17th August 2014 and after me driving down 6 times, leaving numerous messages with different people, given poorly made and too small seat covers, I finally met Mr Simon Crewe. I was then promised the Earth and told the new covers would be ready in a few days…I turned up at the 'office' and got loads more excuses. I eventually got his personal phone number to chase up my refund which I still have not received. Last week I went there again and he appeared to be being kicked off the premises. The website was also removed a few days later.
Feel free to ring him. This is his genuine number and he has responded to my calls and texts although I still don't have my refund. He is also on Facebook…he has blond hair from Manchester and has about 30 friends. Mobile number is….07581 336 896. I ordered posh tailored covers for my car. When I eventually opened the package I tried to fit them but it was impossible. The design was incompatible with my car and seams were coming apart.
I sent back and asked for a refund less 25% but they just rang and said as I hadn't returned within 7 days I'd lost all rights. I asked them to put this in writing but they refused. Tried to contest via credit card but they just backed up the company as I'd had to automatically agree their terms on purchase.
I lesson to me and 拢90 down the drain and needless hassle.
I would be very wary of dealing with any company that rigidly sticks to a 7 day warranty clause to hide shoddy workmanship.
Best avoided!!

Ordered rear seat covers and money was taken immediately. As others have said, they are impossible to contact by phone or by e-mail. They should be prosecuted for theft. Like others I have referred this to my bank who are dealing with it.

They will take payment then having waited a couple of weeks and hearing nothing you'll try to contact them to no avail. All the email addresses will return your emails as undelivered, all the phone numbers and multiple choice selections will direct you to leave a message which no-one will reply to. I managed to get my money back by phoning my bank who raise a dispute with the 'cowboys', I think it's fairly certain they won't disagree with the dispute!! Avoid at all costs, wish I'd googled them first though!

Ordered seat cover in March, as everyone else has stated absolute terrible company to deal with! Paypal 45 resolution has well passed and this company know it as if you ask for refund , whilst still being lied too, they say it takes upto 30 days to pay refund back to your Paypal account. Paypal must know something fishy is going on but they are still trading with Paypal.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM or any other name they use for trading!!!!!

My experience was the same as everyone else. Do not use this company. Took the money didn't deliver. Didn't respond to emails. Useless automated telephone system, can't talk to anyone. Fortunately was able to get a refund via paypal. Rip-Off company steer clear!

I wish I had read others reviews before ordering a set of seat covers. They took my money and an automated email confirmed that over 2 weeks ago. Since then I have had no communication from them. Emails all come back as undeliverable. The phone line is an automated system telling you to email. I have left messages on their answer machine but without any response. I have raised a payment dispute with my credit card company. Fingers crossed that I eventually get my money back.

Ordered in May – chased them and was advised 20th June by an automated email. Now nearly a month later and no response to any emails etc. All automated and an absolute scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

20th May I ordered 3 sets of covers. Money taken via PayPal, but almost 8 weeks in still nothing. Ridiculous phone system so that you can't speak to anybody and emailing gets absolutely nothing. PayPal claim has to be initiated within 45 days so I've just missed out on that. I would advise steering well clear as you're unlikely to get anything except a lighter wallet!

I ordered what appeared to be good car seat covers back in April. The website quoted 7 days delivery. I have yet to receive anything. Since then I have received lots of 'automated' emails quoting delivery in 10 days time, only to receive another email quoting 10 days time. If you write an email asking what is going on, all you get is another automated email. As of last week, they have stopped answering the phone (tip – if you want the 'order' option on the phone line, withhold your number by prefixing the dialled number with 141).

Unfortunately as I paid via paypal, they will only investigate if you raise a dispute within 45 days of ordering. This has long gone, so it's looking like my money is too. If you've ordered and paid via paypal, raise a dispute ASAP.
Speak to citizens advice on how to formally cancel your order using the 'distance selling regulation'. They will also log your issue and raise with trading standards if lots of people raise an issue.
I very much doubt I will get anything or my money back – I will update this review more favourably if I do.

They don't respond to calls or emails, I have no idea where my order is. Going to speak to credit card company to get a charge back and report to trading standards. My advice is, avoid this company, such a shame as the seat covers looked really good on their site.

If I ever get a response I will update this review accordingly.

Placed my order about a month ago, they say their delivery times are about 7 working days. It's been closer to 20.

I wouldn't be that bothered if I were able to get in touch with them. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.
