Took my down payment and robbed me blind.
They showed my cars in my price range that I qualified for. I test drove one filled out paperwork. They asked for payment and said if it was denied not to worry I would get a refund and even handed me a receipt. Said it will be an hour wait and and said to come back, then called me and said they deny my finance and they are keeping my money. They had the nerve to say I was committing fraud as they literally took all my money.
