I ordered for almost ten years 3 car covers and 1 seat cover.
I did not get any problem with the car covers and I got one with the seat cover.
It has been solved.
Good quality, fast shipping and responsive customer care.

I tried to save a little money by buying one of these I bought the IronShield car cover and while it is pretty much waterproof it ripped at the seam all the way up in the wind, the seams are stitched like crap its just not worth the price, now when I bought this I made sure to clarify that if I had a warranty issue they would pay return shipping, I should have recorded this bc when it came time to return that cover after 5 months good luck getting anybody to answer the "customer service" portion of the business, I had to repeatedly call over the course of 4 days to get an answer as to why they havent shipping my replacement cover out yet or why i havent received any correspondence from them, long story short is you will have to pay to return ship the cover , get a tracking number bc they will try to say they didnt receive it just a heads up, you have to make sure it was delivered there, fast forward to this now, I finally get a hold of somebody there and they tell me they don't have the grey ironshield cover that I originally bought and that they would send me the Ultrashield in black which doesn't do a GD thing for me living in the desert, it also doesn't look 100 percent waterproof like it says we'll see, after I finally reached somebody there they had to search for my returned cover which took about 10 mins then I was told that they will only replace it if it breaks at the eyelet or something about the seam and that "ok just this time we will send you a replacement cover", No I don't think so, when this one falls apart and it will I'll take it back there personally and get my money back or else. Don't deal with this place, they are shady as hell, and weasels.
On a side note they do ship fast once you actually reach somebody from customer service in fact , bypass customer service altogether , if you want to speak to somebody just press 1 for sales .

Ordered a motorcycle cover using the drop downs on their site, and it did not fit – too small for my Moto Guzzi Norge. Their drop down application fitment fields are obviously not working.

Bought a cover from this company in 2014. Had a lifetime warranty. 1 year later a section of the material began to peel and fail. I filed a return request and paid for the return of the cover, and immediately noticed that no notifications of receipt came from the company. I called and they said they had received it and were going to review whether to repair or replace. A week later I called and they said it was out for repair and would take some time. After 1 month, I called again, and they said it was still out for repair. After 2 months, called, and said it would be coming back within another week. I called a week later, and they said the cover would be shipped back on Friday. Called the week after (now 3 months out), and they said they would send an email with tracking number within half hour. No email. Sent and email and left a voicemail, both saying get me the tracking number or I would start these bad reviews. Got another email saying they would send me a tracking number in 1/2 hour. No email. So, my advice is to avoid this company as they do not back their products as they suggest. At this point, they owe me money or a replacement.

Worst seat covers ever… please don't be scammed by these rip off artist. And yes they charge a restocking feel of 20%… I am so so bummed.

Lied in their ad. No guarantee. Sent me a cover that did not fit and refused to make it right. Told me if I sent them pictures of cover on the vehicle, they would send me one that fit. Never happened. Their priority is money, not the customer. They said they do not sell custom covers unless it cost over $ 300.00. I'm out $157 and still do not know what this crap cover will fit. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Worst cover ever!! Was told it specifically would fit the mirrors on our truck and it did not!! Had to fight with them for two hours to get free shipping back to them!! Tgen they only refunded me PARTIAL because they said it was ripped and they had to throw it away!!! Terrible customer service!! I'm still fighting to get my 20% restocking fee back!!

I purchase a $300 car cover, and it separated at the seems about a month after I had the cover. The cover seems are glued, not sewn. I contacted carscover.com's customer service, and was instructed to return for repair. After a month I still didn't have the cover back, after numerous phone calls and e-mails it was return, and the same rip in the seems was never repaired upon return. I contacted them again, and they swore up and down they fixed it, and basically calling me a liar. I took photo's before and after the rip, and they still were not convinced. I returned it again and after two months and many, many e-mails and phones it was returned. After three weeks of of having the car cover another seem split. I now just sew it up myself, and will never do business with carscover.com again. Oh by the way the cover is advertised as a "Life Time Warranty". It's pretty sad this company is so poor for business, and products. I highly recommend you reconsider buying a car cover from this company. I now use EmpireCovers http://www.empirecovers.com, and have received no problems from this vendor. V/R, markg

STAY AWAY. DO NOT purchase anything off of this website. My boyfriend ordered me 350 $ custom seat covers for my new car for Christmas. Paid extra shipping an handling. Yet over three weeks later I have still not received anything. Have called over 50 times with no response. Now have to claim fraud on the card an attempt to get the money refunded. What a nightmare. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered a cover that I thought was three layers with a soft inner layer to protect the vehicle finish. When the product arrived and I prepared to install it on my vehicle I found the construction to be of poor quality for the price charged by this company. I notified them that I wanted to return the product and they became ugly but complied with my request for a "return number". It cost me over $20.00 shipping charges and they threatened 20% restocking fee. I got a full refund but took some haggling to get my full refund. I recommend you avoid this company like you would a plague.

Like it says… "Doesn't get any worse than this…" BUYER BEWARE!!! I failed to check the reviews before I ordered seat covers for my Vette. Three weeks later the covers still hadn't been shipped. When I emailed they said because they were "custom" covers they couldn't be cancelled and they would be shipped the following Monday. The following Thursday they were still not shipped so I emailed a cancellation. A few hours later I received a call telling me because they are custom made I couldn't cancel. I advised him this is my cancellation and that if they were shipped I would refuse delivery and contest the charge on my credit card. He said he would cancel the order. HOWEVER: I WAS CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD! Now I have to fight that. GO TO ECKLERS OR ANY PLACE ELSE…

Horrible company and terrible car covers. You could see through the car cover I bought from them. There is no way it was waterproof or UV protective. I returned it the very same day I received it and I had to pay to ship the piece of crap back to them. Five days after they received the cover, carscover has still not refunded my money. I had to send them an email and ask for the money back. An hour later my money was in my PayPal account. I had already escalated the unpaid money situation with PayPal, so I knew I was going to get my money back. But this company wasn't going to make a refund until I pushed them and got PP involved. Buyer beware. They are now operating out of Anaheim.

I ordered the Supremeshield custom car cover for my classic VW Thing and received a cheap generic size "small". Additionally, I could almost see through the cover so I conducted a water test to see if it was genuinely water resistant. The water just flowed through the cover. WHen I called, I was told if I wanted a cover that was "water proof, I should have bought a $250 cover! I bought this for snowy conditions but this is made cheaper than a $30 walmart cover. I just hope I will get a refund.

The quality looks great, however the covers did not fit and are a nightmare to install on my Camry XLE….THEY WILL ALSO charge you 20% "restoccking" fee to return….by them from Wal Mart or a company who stand behind their product. DO NOT FIT…..A nightmare to install! The rep wanted me to take my seat completely apart. I informed him i had a motor and there was no way to take the seat apart, nor did i want to take it to a mechanic to get them installed.

Purchased a cover for my motorcycle on 3/25/12 and received it on 3/28/12. It was advertised to fit my bike, but didn't. We contacted customer service and was told to send photos of the cover on the bike which we did and it clearly it not large enough to cover the rear of the bike. We were offered a partial refund it we'd keep the cover. I don't have any use for a cover that won't fit so requested a full refund. After much arguing, they agreed to a full refund, but we would have to pay to ship it back. THIS WAS NOT OUR FUALT! The cover was not as advertised and should not have to pay for their mistake. This charge is currently under dispute with our credit card company and we'll be happy to return the cover when this company prepays. Stay away from these guys!!!

I ordered few covers for my car and for my family who lives in the east coast. It fitted perfect and the quality was just like how they explained in their website. I compared the prices and quality with other companies but they were selling it with double the price or worse quality. I am happy with what I got.

Bought a cover for my vehicle. Two days after it shipped my vehicle was totaled out. Got it a week later and asked to return it (never even opened the box). Got the RMA, paid $25 to ship it back. Still no refund after almost two months. Very poor CS. Doing a charge card dispute now.

I purchased an Ultrashield motorcycle cover for my Honda Shadow Spirit. My bike sits outside and the cover keeps it completely dry in the rain and morning dew ( I live in Ohio) and cool in the summer sun. Probably wouldn't use it during the winter as it is about 4" off the gound but I have a windshield and attachable backpack I could remove and it would probably work fine then too. It was easy to use once I found the "front" tag on the inside which is slightly offset from the true front. It arrived very quickly and has held up very well the first year.

I ordered a car cover from them and it clearly states they have a five year warranty. Under normal use the cover started to deteriorate so i called for a replacement and they tell me its not covered since they change their warranty policy and refused replace it. Dont believe what you see on their website. They will have an excuse to deny you warranty i would not buy from them again!

They sent the wrong cover, CS was non-existant, had to ask 5x for my refund, cost me nearly $20 in shipping for no cover !! Bad Business !!

Bought a slightly used or reconditioned motorcycle cover. I opened the box to find a
cover that had hay chaf embedded in the whole underside of the cover [the part of the
cover that goes against the bike. It took me over an hour to remove this embedded
material before I could put it on the bike. I wasn't surprised when it didn't even come
close to fitting when installed on my motorcycle.They won't stand behind their cover
and pay return shipping [their mistake and couldn't even use it until it had the embedded material removed]. Needless to say I'd avoid this co. like the plague.

ordered a cover based upon the description and image on-line. what i received was completely different. received a return authorization and returned the item. have not received the credit as promised. don't buy from this scum bag.
