– turns out my ad wasn't online for the first 3 days of listing it and there was an icon I found in the top right hand corner of the page saying layout ad is listed nowhere yet"
– I emailed them about this but received no response
– I had to call them to which then then advised they would fix it, but apparently the staff member did not leave notes of my call, though they can see a staff member had to edit my ad
– once it was finally listed, I received many rude and prank phone calls from people w
ho had obviously gotten my number off the site!
– I called up to advised them of the issues and was put through to supervisor "Kerry" (who refused to provide her last name) who said there is nothing they can do???
NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY!
