Cars245 trading as oe245 on eBay in my experience is a very odd seller.
I ordered a new, original equipment rear silencer for my BMW motorbike at a cost of 拢412 including delivery. It was sent untracked and uninsured. There was a long delivery delay but after seven weeks I asked oe245 where the silencer was, only to get a very prompt reply saying they didn't know because it was untracked and giving me a refund. So I got a "full" refund but I'm out of pocket because of PayPal's currency charges.
I can't understand how oe245 can just write off 拢400+ of goods and what do I do if it still gets delivered, which I don't think it will. I don't understand what has gone on.
