Bad rating doesn't even get near what they are really like. One month on, today, I ordered an item for my skoda. No Sign of item?? tracking status says 'in transit' but not even entered UK as yet? One Month!? I know we have Covid but come on! Worse than that, Communication Is NON EXISTENT. Take your money quickly enough though! I've asked for update, refund…. Nothing!! Don't use this company

So I was very sceptical about using this place, all the negative reviews online about used parts, no arrival or terrible customer service I wanted to try and locate the part I needed elsewhere, sadly nothing was available (or so I thought turns out Audi had released a later steering squib and I was looking for the wrong part number) anyhow I took the bullet, spending 拢拢拢 on the part I needed from this store. So after ordering I get an email asking me for my car model etc etc so after agreeing to send me the more modern part I asked for tracking info and condition information (hopefully new) and sadly got no reply. I got a despatched email with my tracking on the next day and sat and waited to see how this whole thing turned out….. 22 April they marked my package as dispatched from Czech Republic, it鈥檚 now the 11th of May in a global pandemic so we will let timing slide. So on inspection surprisingly the part was brand new, well packaged and 100% Vag part. So excited I went to go fit it a little nervous it鈥檚 not going to work (As car equipment stated My F part was now a Q part after doing some digging it鈥檚 actually now a M part…..) anyway I have full VCDS and coded the whole thing in, did some tests and boom all fixed no lights. This is a few hours after doing some driving all seem well.

To sum up this was a bit of a hit&miss situation, I鈥檝e had a okay experience…. parts where all working and brand new (there鈥檚 a deal you have to break on the squib that shows if it鈥檚 been used) but customer service could have been better. Overall I鈥檇 avoid just on the fact of delivery time, if you live in the U.K. like me do try and source the parts locally before ordering from here. But if you do need something, I鈥檝e not had the worst experience!

This shop is a FRAUD. I bought a part specifically because it was said that it is an ORIGINAL OEM VW part.
Payment, postage and after 2 weeks, when I received the part it turned out it is a CHEAP CHINESE PART I could buy for 1/4 of that price.

NOBODY ASWEARS CALLS OR EMAILS – nothing.

I just lost my money, I can't return it.

Watch out for these thieves.

Ordered a complete set for front and rear Parking Sensor System for Audi Q5 2009. The wiring and the communication was disaster:
1) They offer painting of the sensors, i paid for it, but they said that the colour is not supported and didnt paint my sensors
2) The from parking sensors harness was RHD cars (UK cars), and we had to reverse the cables inside the harness in order to make it work as expected on LHD car. Keep in mind that they knew my car is LHD since i am from Bulgaria and i have sent them the VIN of the car
3) The central electric harness was from Audi A4 B9, the plus for the central parking button had to be gathered by a separate cable that we had to install.
4) The rear parking sensors harness was also may be from Audi A4, the harness was shorter than it should be, we had to extend it, and of course i start getting an intermittent voltage failures now, and i have to replace the rear sensors harness.
5) The rear sensors brackets are different than the original, they should be thinner in order to be installed to the rear bumper, but in my case they were the same like front bumper brackets, so i had to buy another set of rear sensor brackets.

I sent them an email gently explaining everything, but haven't got an answer.
I WONT'T BUY from them anything anymore!!!

Was a bit skeptical about ordering after reading such mixed reviews, but I messaged them to confirm the part I wanted was in stock and they got back to me promptly. Ordered the part Friday morning and it arrived in the UK on Monday. Excellent service.

I needed a New front view camera for My audi a6. They had the part, original, because parts like that aren't made replica. It was very cheap 55% cheaper than My local audi workshop. Delivery was only 3 days to arrive to denmark. I recieved an email for every update and I also got the tracking number sent to me. Make sure to check your junk mail box, it was where my emails landed.
I read the bad reviews in here, and I did not have that experience at All.

Really bad service No response after 4-5 emails telling them I've got the wrong parts. I orderd richt, but they send me the wrong items. Do not buy from this company. DO NOT BUY!!!

Bad service + no answer on mail anymore!
I bought a OEM 6RD035187B MIB, first 3 months it worked perfect, now after 3 months of use i have trouble with bluetooth, tried 4 different phones and it connects 2-3 minutes and radio turns bluetooth off.

The CEO offerede to send new software to update radio, i took the offer. But have never received any update for the radio. Bad service! Would not recommend.

Long story short, they sent the order to my billing address (which is in another country) and not my delivery address. The CEO would not admit that they made a mistake and they would not send a new order to the correct address. Buyer beware! Use amazon.com instead!

Ordered 2 new LED modules and after so many delays with shipping I received just one module that was clearly used and still was in its Audi housing bracket when it was shipped, and I was still charged the price of two modules. I asked for a refund of the price of the second module but they are never responding to my emails, texts, calls and whatever. DON'T BUY!!

Internet page looks professional at first sight. Contact via e-mail was quick and very friendly. So I ordered some part for my car.
Unfortunately received a wrong version and contacted via e-mail again.
Got a simple answer saying "we obvisously made a mistake at our storehouse, but you can use this type anyway".

Several attempts to contact asking for a return delivery remained without any answer.
I will NEVER ever order with those deceivers from cars-equipment.com and warn all potential customers: stay away from that cheaters!
