I bought a car from Cars4Less earlier this week. Nicole was able to give me a detailed explanation of the car and gave a real personal experience. On arrival they followed all the relevant COVID guidelines which was great to see! The car was in an immaculate condition and was great value, drove perfectly all the way home and a great all round experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at their stock again when I need a new car!

Cars 4 Less are an incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful family-run business.
When we first arrived, we felt comfortable looking at the cars in the garage and forecourt without pressure from the sales team. Nicole encouraged us to take the car for a test drive, for as long as needed, and was fantastic at answering all our questions. Any issues, big or small, to do with the car we were buying were addressed before needing to ask, for example service, tyres and paint work.
We were really impressed with the service at Cars 4 Less, particularly the easiness and readiness for us to take the car on a test drive (other garages had lost our sale due to these garages deeming test drives as a difficulty and an inconvenience)

I have bought an Audi A3 1.4 Petrol '15 plate from Cars 4 Less on the 27th June and I have to say – that was a great decision to make! The service is absolutely fantastic, people and members of staff demonstrate their best ability to help the customer and get any issues sorted. Special thanks to Nicole for being so patient and helpful, as there were a couple of issues with the bank during my purchase, but she did her best to get it resolved and get the car delivered ASAP. excellent from start to finsh, nicole was excellent as well, good quality cars at a reasonable price, they have certainly changed my view on "used car dealers" and they will be my first choice if i ever need another car, give them a go you wont regret it, and i will be taking it back to them for servicing, mot, etc, even though it means a 15 mile drive to get there, thanks again car4less.

I have bought various cars over the years but this is my best experience yet. Not only are the cars immaculate but so is the company. A great family team that seem determined to make you feel cared for. My new Audi drives like a dream and when I picked it up, everything was perfect. I shopped around quite a bit but Eddie and his tram stood out a mile. There was no pressure whatsoever and there needn鈥檛 be because the standard of the cars and prices, they sell themselves. I wouldn鈥檛 hesitate in recommending Cars4Less……one very happy customer.

We traveled from Manchester with 2 young children to view a Volkswagen Golf. We were greeted by Eddie and were left alone to view the car and take it for a test drive on our own. I didn't like the drive of the Golf so asked Eddie his advice on what else he had to offer. Without any hard sell, he advised me on a Audi A3 that was within my price range which I fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it. Again there was no pressure to take the car for a test drive and I quickly knew this car was for me.
I wanted to agree the sale there and then and avoid another trip from Manchester with 2 young children but as a true professional, Eddie wanted to do all the necessary checks on the car before it left his forecourt to ensure I would be completely happy with everything.
We were going on holiday the following week therefore I wasn't physically able to return to Derby for a further 2 weeks to pick the car up. As soon as I told Eddie this, he quickly advised he would arrange for the car to be delivered to my house – how's that for service! The car arrived at my house on a trailer at 7am and I've been thrilled to bit's ever since. I would totally recommend Cars4less and can't thank Eddie enough for making the whole experience an enjoyable one! .
