I also wish I could give zero review. For ten days now I have been trying to contact this company regarding an order that was not fulfilled, however, they have taken the money from my account. I don't think this company knows the meaning of Ethical. I work hard for my money, I am a key worker and you have my money and I don't have the goods. No response to emails, phone calls, or via website. Shame on you!!

I like their products but I had a problem with getting a refund that was later resolved (but took quite a few weeks due to short staff, computer error and marketing release).

Pity there isn鈥檛 a zero rating! Beware of buying from this company because if you need a refund for any reason, they do not respond to emails, telephone calls! They are quick to send emails for promotional purposes but will not deal with any customer service enquiries/refunds. Disgusted at lack of contact!

FANTASTIC clothes!! Quick delivery. Wonderful products all made from renewable and sustainable materials from classics like organic cotton, and bamboo to innovative materials made from banana and soy fibers. I bought an exercise shirt, shorts, skort and hoodie cardigan from them and was soo happy with the products that I ordered yoga pants snd a top for my 12 year old daughter and running shorts for my husband. He loves that they have a phone pocket at back. All the Clothes are super comfortable, fit well, the colours and designs are beautiful and there is a lot of thought and care put into details (like coloured linings or discrete coin pockets, etc.). The packaging is thoughtful too including twine and compostable bags. I鈥檓 so happy to have found an ethical fitness wear retailer that has designs to love. I don鈥檛 know what happened to the previous reviewer but this is no scam. This is a hardworking local company dedicated to sustainability and great design. I鈥檒l definitely stick with them.

SCAM AVOID. Dodgy products and reject any request for refund – must be scammers. Had me for about 拢150. Taking legal action.
