We were local fairly consistent customers, but we would now never give this company a dime of our business. They are unprofessional in the extreme with the WORST customer service ever! We told them last year on more than one occasion NOT to deliver fuel to us automatically, but to wait until we requested it. Despite that, they delivered it without our knowledge or consent. the DRIVER was privy to personal information regarding our account that is none of his business. In addition to this, he wrote the charges for said delivery erroneously, putting the decimal point in the wrong spot, which resulted in a misunderstanding that caused us to email the company. The "customer service rep" is the most obnoxious, ignorant, woman. She was surly and sarcastic, acting like we were stupid in a series of about 10 rapid fire emails. At first we tried to patiently correct and explain to her, but it became apparent that she couldn't or would not READ. She quickly became abusive and sarcastic in the extreme. The girl has absolutely no 'people skills' and is just too, well, stupid, to do this job! After so many of her snotty, patronizing, and downright idiotic emails, I had had enough and told her I would not read or respond to anymore. We blocked her, and IMMEDIATELY went to a couple other fuel companies and registered. Fuel is far too expensive. Who needs a dose of cavalier abuse and disrespect along with a whopper bill?
