Owner of this company did the below when they used our services. This was our response to their negative review of our company.

This is by far the most dangerous customer we have ever faced since 2009. They continue to fabricate communication in their review to strengthen their argument and many more other harassing tactics outside of this review system. We have involved the authorities to help us here.

Carrie Murphy contacted our office using our live chat system and was extremely aggressive towards our customer support member. They ending the live chat in tears because of the things Carrie was saying to them. We have forwarded this to our legal department and will also be contacting Better Business Bureau to inform them of her communication practices. You can clearly see from their review here that sole purpose is to harm our reputation. Hiring a lawyer would cost much more than the $19 needed to fix their new issue. Yes that is correct, this is all about Carrie Murphy not wanting to pay $19 for help to fix her WordPress issue which we were happy to do so quickly. We were just not going to do it for free.

Her IP was blocked by our IT department because of the threatening statements she made to our customer service member. As to the phone call mentioned above, we have a call center that routes calls based on customer's needs. This is not an odd or bad business practice.

Original customer request is below as well as the full ticket communication which was fixed in minutes of receiving it. Then 2 days later they came back requesting us to fix another issue with page editing and saving that is 10000% different than the issue they submitted which was already fixed. Our service is 1 issue per ticket and this customer from carriemurphydoula.com is trying to get service without paying for it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM carriemurphydoula.com.

The error message they are referring to is a general error message for 1000s of possible issues that can go wrong with WordPress. If you need support on new issue please raise a new ticket.

ORIGINAL REQUEST:
I installed WooCommerce and suddenly my site has the error message "The site is experiencing technical difficulties." when I try to access it on its own, and "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." when I try to save anything I am doing in the back end. I'm not sure if it's a theme issue, or what. I currently use the DIVI theme. I'm happy to provide more information. Thank you!

NEW REQUEST: (was actually 2 days after we resolved her 1st issue and she was pleased and thankful)
Hi! This issue is back. Whenever I try to edit and save in my back end I get the same message again.
