I didn't wait long for the company's shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, however although I already had a reservation some people that seemed to have no reservation were given priority. The most frustrating was that I paid extra to have a Ford Mondeo because I was traveling with a lot of luggage, and after I signed the contract they showed me a Hyundai Matrix, insisting that it is in the same category. On which planet is that the same category? So we had to put some of the luggage on the passenger seat, with my wife sitting in the back with two kids. I would call that a rip-off, but since we were traveling with a six-month old we were in a bit of a hurry and didn't want to cause too much of a fuss. Also, half of the staff was quite impolite, although the other half was very nice.
