Charged us in advance for a 7 seat vehicle, our flight was stuck on the runway making us late. On arrival at the hire desk we were told they had rented our vehicle to somebody else and only had a tiny little car left. We could not fit our 6 of a family in the little hatchback. We paid in advance they kept the money. What can we do?
Only thing we can think of is to inform any potential customers out there how they may be risking their holiday with this company.

Incredibly rude staff. Unaware of their own terms and Conditions. Took me hours to obtain a refund. I would not advise anyone use this company. They are based in Portugal and have no customer service.

Total con when you book cars through this search engine. They mislead on the excess insurance on offer which basically covers excess dame limitation.
You pay them BUT you still get your credit card blocked for up to 拢750 from the company they actually lay the booking off to who in turn lay the booking off to another company.
So when you book at Gatwick it's from Car Rentals to Holiday Autos to Easirent ..all take a aslice of the pie and all wnat covering with insurance.
Who says big business isn't a scam. DONT USE CARRENTALS.CO.UK and in fact the otehr two as they are all in it together
What a shame that they all still have their fingers in the pie and all mislead you when you just want an honest booking for a holiday.
