Rented a car through this site October 2019. The car was to be an Opel Corsa or similar and the supplier Alamo shown on the website as "Best supplier on the list" and "a little extra luxury". When I arrived I found out that Alamo does not have its own desk or cars at Heraklion Airport so I was directed to the Enterprise desk who supplied me with an old model Nissan Micro with 60,000K plus Kms and I was just too tired to argue. I just think if you advertise a supplier as "best on the list" and "a little extra luxury" then they should at the very least have their own desk and nearly new vehicles.

Used car rentals twice this year and have no problems with either booking or picking up at the airport. Cars were very clean and drop off was easy.

The EASIRENT was a tiresome and slow process and service below par.

Withholding a star because the car we got was slightly lower-spec than expected (Fiat Panda rather than Fiat 500).

Used CarRentals.co.uk for a rental car for a week in Span. The price was very good, and the advice from carrentals was excellent and prevented me from spending 130 Euro when I went to the Wiber rental place to pick up the car. CarRentals had said I did not need any extra insurance whatever the Wiber folk tried to sell me, so I resisted.

This company has very good cars available and good rental companies with best prices. I cancelled with the other company to go with carrentals the other company asked me why I told them I want this car for this price and these days they couldn't even match so refund me then I went ahead and booked with carrentals I got a good deal to a even better deal when picked up a 2 month old car from Agadir airport

In my last booking in Dublin I was mislead on the 鈥榚xcess guarantee鈥?(what is even the point of this?!) and subsequently had to fork out a couple of hundred pounds at the collection desk to collect my car using a debit card. That being said, the staff handling my booking at the connected office in Sixth were extremely nice and waived the one way fee as well as giving me the best car in the category, and the return process was extremely fast and easy.
