I rent a car from this company in Jan 2020 . I got Nissan Micra green one. I was crossing the border and I pay to them 70e for that.
After my vacation I was on the road to Bg and I got accident for what they ask me to pay 500e on the spot.
Of course I took full insurance for that car from agent what I used to pay araund 10e daily. They should cover all demands if you have.( full insurance). After discussing with insurance company about money they told me that company took extra 200e and they gonna give me only 300e back. When they ask rental company why they took that amount of money they claim it like "this is because of crossing the border ". Just to remind you in the beginning they told me 500e they are taking from everyone.
They cheated me first of all, they are not answering there phone to give me support. I am outside of county and I am doing international calls where is can't get there manager to talk just person who doesn't know anything about this case.
I would like to add that I read feedback from other people in other site and I didn't believe them, till the moment I got prove by myself.
So, be careful what are you doing with this company

Extremely good treatment – I had absolutely no trouble with them. I hired a 4×4 car for a road trip adventure for 10 days. They were always available when I called them. They DID NOT try to find some old scratch to charge me for or some other old evil trick from the car hiring book. They were really straight with me and I received a 100% refund of my deposit.

The car was very clean. I had some issues with it initially (like a missing fire extinguisher and a slightly loose number plate) which they fixed immediately.

I returned the car a bit late in the evening when no car wash was open. I did clean the car in the morning but I picked up and splashed a lot of bugs on the 500km way back. I apologised but they told me I was not even expected to wash it in the first place as it was included in their service. : )

Overall I had an excellent experience and I would definitely use their services again.

Wrong car, charged more

In both Sofia and Varna I had booked an Estate vehicle and in none of these booking I had received an Estate, although being charged for an Estate vehicle.

In Sofia I was offered a Hatch back at first and after some time of discussions between the staff it had been agreed that I could get a sedan vehicle.

The Estate vehicle was more expensive than the sedan vehicle and I was therefore charged more than needed without any benefit, which I find ridiculous and absurd.

In Varna the same happened, had booked an Estate vehicle and was then offered a sedan vehicle after letting the agency know that the sedan was not fitting for our luggage and I was assured by them that our luggage would fit the day before. Again I was charged more than what I had received. After calling the helpline I was told to take the car or find an other rental agency, which is really poor customer service.

We booked a Citroen Berlingo but got a Dacia Logan (another type of car) which was 5 years old and had done 102.000km's.

The engine turned out to be rattling and making loud strange noise, Carent told us not to worry. Later the aircon only worked partially, we were 600km from their office and they offered us another car if we brought it to their office. The car had two very worn rear tyres.

All in all a car rental company which is not recommended
