Scam alert
I went on the website which I thought was the actucal motor vehicle Dept for Arizona then I call and ask how much it cost they couldn't answer the question and said it would be a couple of hours still not here. Then proceed to tell me about rewards and sends that in email and not the restgtion for car this makes no sense
