Carrefour by Majid Al Futtaim is a fraudulent online food delivery platform service in UAE. I placed an order # 16120276402634 on 16th June for AED 155.36 and got billed twice on 21st June. I did not authorize any payment more than AED 155.36 when I placed the order on 16th June and on 21st June, they charged me twice. I called them @ 800-732-32 and they said it is a management issue and they would call me back (case # 1602674). The agent even had the audacity to tell me that I had ordered the same items twice on 16th June and hence justified the reason why the order was delivered twice and hence billed twice. Clearly their order processing platform is defunct. Absolutely no help. Had it not been for the Wuhan Virus I would not even have bothered with online retailers and Carrefour is the worst of the lot in UAE. Never again.

Garbage. For a big company they sure are a mess. Quick to take your money for out of stock/no longer available items, slow to give it back, if at all… I鈥檝e been waiting three months for a refund for an item they never had in the first place. Multiple emails ignored and you might as well bang your head against the wall rather than speak to customer service.. shop elsewhere

I ordered online and I was charged the full amount in advance. They didn鈥檛 deliver all the items and they don鈥檛 refund my money. Very disappointed.

Worst online service ever! They don鈥檛 deliver and the customer care service when you call literally sounds like robots. As if they are reading something offering no help at all. I will never recommend carrefour online service. Very disappointed!!

I ordered in Carrefouruae (online) for some relief goods to be delivered to my friend, it was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after I order but within those two weeks, they have charged me twice of the amount I ordered. I informed the bank about the twice deduction (as they have nothing that they can do) and called the customer service number 80073232 many times, but only voice recording was the response I get. I emailed my concern but still I got no reply. On the date of delivery they had cancelled the order without my knowledge. After 3 days, I got a refund only in half of the full amount deducted/charged from my bank account. If only I knew all about these reviews before. 🙁

While we all understand the current situation I do not appreciate being charged and then the order is not being delivered.
And on top of all, I am being charged more than the final invoice amount after all the deduction of items they are not able to deliver. Customer service took down the complaint but still no delivery. Now customer service is non-existent.
Advertisements for online delivery are still ongoing! Poor crisis management.

Wish I could award them starless review. They charge online for commodity but don鈥檛 deliver. It鈥檚 impossible to reach them on phone. never try to shop online with such a mismanaged retailer.
