I have recently purchased a carpet from Carpetvista and the whole transaction was a pleasant experience. The condition of the carpet was exactly the same as displayed in the website.

Good quality with reasonable price.

The carpet is thick and well-made. Gives off a few strings here and there but over time it will not be a problem. The design is good and adds a nice pop of color without being too much in the room, just as what I imagined it to be.

I received the carpet I ordered on Dec.3,2018. I am satisfied with the quality. It 's very nice and warm !
I was surprised that it arrived with that address without any problems,though. The written address sounds like Chinese. I assume my address in Japanese might not have been translated properly. So I would like to suggest that when you ask Japanese customers to write down their address, English would be better than Japanese.
Anyway, thank you for your nice carpet.

The selected carpet was a wonderful design with better quality than the image. In addition, I canceled the carpet I chose the first time and chose a new one, but I was surprised that the customer correspondence center in Japan was much earlier than Japan. It took too much time to make a payment via Paypal. Although Paypal was not available finally, this shop kept in contact with me until the correct transaction was performed. My order have arrived normally, nice carpet!

Input my address data was different when I watch E-male.
But change soon for correct.

The problem were the translation system which didn't interpret the language, and although I quickly asked to revise to the correct info., the deliverable were already shipped and I needed to communicate to FedEx by myself, and I could see similar review from other customers at here.

The products were satisfied enough, so the system has to be improved to pretend uncomfortable feeling until deliver the item.

There was anxiety until the item arrived but I reassured it safely.
I am surprised very early since shipping mail arrives.
The carpet is very nice. Also, I would like to use it.

There was no address information on the baggage so the FedEx driver called me and ask where to deliver.
