Mike is a great guy and does excellent work! I appreciate him working with my schedule as well as giving me helpful hints along the way. He let me know that our kitties were messing up our carpet, and he also told us a nice easy fix for that! The section of carpet he repaired looks great and I am glad I chose the Carpetologist to come out and work on my carpet.
