I strongly advise you to avoid this company! The owner is a liar and can not be trusted. The showroom door is locked during opening hours, that should tell you all you need to know about Carpets and Flooring UK, don't think you'll find the door locked at any of the other honest and reputable flooring companies in Telford. He won't answer his mobile to any number he doesn't recognise or any number he does recognise that he owes money to! Plus his voicemail is full, again, the sign of someone who cares about customer service!
He seems to enjoy wasting your time, stringing you along and asking you to jump through his various hoops whilst providing you with endless broken promises and excuses. Do not under any circumstances pay a desposit of any kind, you will not see it again and will not see him again!
