This business site was OK until I received the products and services and forget about all warranties and commitments made prior to the purchase, they won't even bother getting back to you at all

Please avoid this seller, they've got the worst carpets collection with outdated design and their service was even worse, they delivered my carpets 3 weeks later than promised, wasn't installed properly and the owner was terrible and rude to us.

Installed Defective Flooring and asked us to P*ss off and never bother them again.

Their Owner David DerVartanian is the worst to deal with since he's the one who took cash from us and then asked us to just get lost from his store when we reported issues with the work they did.

I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs

They installed carpets in my room which was below the quality agreed and I paid top dollar for carpets which tore within 2 days without us even walking on them. The owner responded by telling us to pay an additional 4,000$ to get the hole repaired and was very rude and abusive when we confronted him directly and ask them to be responsible for the work they鈥檝e done which lasted just 2 days

Ive had he worst experience with this company. The people who own the place and nothing but thugs and scammers who take your deposits and give you minimal service with amazingly low attitude towards the work

Im out of 10,000 $ I paid to David who runs the store. Careful with what you deal with these guys
