Best pricing I could find. Communication on shipment could have been more detailed. The items ended up taking about a week longer than anticipated and delivery time wasn't communicated well. The product was good though.

All of the samples were sent quickly and in great shape. The note on the back on how to install is a GAME CHANGER for this newby DIY'er! Another vendor sent a raggedy cut piece of carpet that we couldn't tell very much from, with exception to the quality of how the request was handled. You made a definite impression with the full size samples that we could place in the room and 'see' how it would look!

We are definitely leaning towards you as a provider. Thank you for your prompt and efficient response.

The delivery was unclear. The first place I went to was a house, went home, it wasn鈥檛 there. Finally found out where it was. At my house. Opened the box and it wasn鈥檛 what I expected. Home Depot had a 1/4 inch thick for the same price. Reason I didn鈥檛 get it there was because they couldn鈥檛 get the amount of sq. Ft. I needed. I got paper thin from you. Never again will I buy from you.

We ordered 4000 sf of Shaw Skill tile color finesse, I know they are factory seconds however the product looks fantastic. Very minimal defects that are easily worked around. We have another project coming up in a few weeks, will be ordering from carpet tile depot again.

Zero communication!!! I called last Thursday/July 2nd and was told I would have a tracking number by end of day. And still heard nothing!!

Carpet squares were cut poorly and seams could not lay properly! Looks terrible!

I ordered 3 carpet squares to check color before ordering. 2 were normal size24x24, but 1 was 1×1 which was disappointing that I spent as much for that 1×1 as I did for the other 2. We ordered from someone else because of that

Our carpet tiles arrived quickly and in good condition. We haven't installed it yet because of lengthy floor preparation but we have laid the tiles out and they look great. Customer service is great. I have to say that the shipping costs were way more than we were expecting but we decided it was worth it to get higher-quality carpet tiles than we could get at the local home improvement stores.

Great product selection at competitive pricing, delivery options is a welcome option. Very easy transaction, delivered on time with good shipment updates
