My experience was one I鈥檒l never forget. The staff at the Roxboro store was always helpful and very professional. The contractors that came out to install my cabinets and counter top were very friendly. If I ever (which I hope not) had to, I鈥檇 do it all over again with them.

Great people to work with. They were able to find new cabinets that exactly matched our existing ones, and installed them for a very reasonable price. I did have to make a minor adjustment on one of the cabinets after the installers left, but it was not a big deal. Then we decided to have new quartz countertops installed, and we are totally satisfied with the result. The only issue here was that their estimate of the installed price was about 18% less that it actually turned out to be, and we had to pay the higher price (or cancel the job). Had it not been for these two issues I would have given them a "5 star" rating.

She took my ideas and helped me tweak them. She was patient and helped me to compare pros and cons without ever making me feel like she was just selling me something. My initial experience with Carpet One of Roxboro was renovating my kitchen and switching from carpet to hardwood floors in 3 rooms. They helped me design a new look for my kitchen while helping me stay within my budget. They were helpful in picking out a backsplash and countertops that would go with my existing cabinets. The new floor in the kitchen pulled it all together. We loved our new hardwood floors so much that we decided to replace the carpet in the rest of our house with the same hardwood. To our dismay, the hardwood floor that we used was no longer available in the store, but Brian researched and worked until he found the exact floor again for us. We are very happy with the service and the quality of work and materials.
