Carpet One By Henry

Carpet One by Henry has been getting my business since they carpeted our custom built home in 1984. I always go back to them for my carpet needs as they have such great carpet selections and service. I鈥檓 working with Travis at the present and he couldn鈥檛 be nicer.

Travis is the absolute best! We鈥檝e now bought three rugs with his help. They only place to get high quality, custom wool rugs at great prices. The delivery and installation was smooth and fast. We will never buy rugs anywhere else!!!!

Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! She measured within 24 hours and sent options to fit our budget including video, pix, and product details. Her knowledge of inventory and shipping were spot on! Installers prompt and courteous.

Excellent service, pricing, and selection!

This was a great transaction. The salesman helped us find the right fit for our budget. Installation guys did a great job, and cleaned up their mess. We will definitely use them for our next flooring or tile need. This was not the first place we shopped; it was the best customer service.

Wonderful product and superior installation.

My Wife and I went by N. Church St. store and were helped by receptionist until sales lady was available. We were given an appt for measurements / repair estimates, but were called before appt time to cancel and promised a call later in day to reschedule – 5 days later no call. As my Wife went to car I explained to sales lady that Wife had Brain C and really wanted to get new floors soon and she assured me it would happen since had came to Henry's – looked up reviews and thought were best around, but ended up being worst. Wife is really disgusted now and wish had never stopped. Good luck if you need floors for your house. UPDATE TO REPLY : Never got a call to reschedule until after leaving review and your investigation. MSG finally left was – calling to reschedule appt, no apology for no call back Thurs as promised and none as of Mon. Also took all of 1 minute last Mon to see if Grady was available to assist in estimate appt so guess he was on Big Game Safari trying to get a big bear rug for Mary Claire's new house den and SAT phone's battery went dead since last Thurs. Multiple floors is not the problem as you stated. Should have just waited 6 months to review and seen what excuse was then. We were just trying to do a few thousand dollar's of business, nothing more / nothing less.

You were very quick to pick up, repair and reinstall our carpet. We were quite impressed and will be happy to recommend your company!
