I got a great deal on my carpet, plus the installers were fast, friendly, and efficient. The manager and staff went the extra mile to get the carpet I wanted at an affordable price. The installers did an excellent job and there is no need for baseboard touch-up.

I thought consumers should be aware of my awful experience with Carpet One in Arlington, TX. I had to have my solid hardwood floors replaced due to water damage. I was clear that I wanted the same quality, solid hardwood floors. However, they installed an inferior product (engineered wood) instead. Within days the floors were scratching, denting and chipping. Not only has the company not stood behind its product, but the project took months rather than days to complete. They were not careful when installing, damaging my walls and furniture. This has not only been a huge inconvenience, but also costly. They tried to imply a 70 yr. old woman and a 25 lb. dog were responsible for a month old floor falling apart. So far, the company has been unwilling to do the right thing and replace my floors with the product I ordered in the first place, which was a solid hardwood. Please be warned they are not a company of integrity. Diane H.

We purchased "Instock "carpet from Carpet One in Arlington, Texas in Jan. 2016, to be installed in 3 bedrooms, closets and hallways (basically entire back of house) on , Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016. The installers brought the wrong color of carpet to install. We contacted the store and were told they didn't know why we received the incorrect carpet but we would have to wait till Monday, Feb. 15th to find out. We were called on Monday afternoon, Feb. 15th. Told us the warehouse made the mistake but the "Instock" carpet we bought was on order and NOT "instock" and we would have to wait another week for delivery. The carpet finally installed 10 days later, on February 23rd. The following day we noticed the installers put a seam in the master bedroom carpet on the wrong side of the room where it gets the most foot traffic. The person who measured our carpet showed on the diagram and told us that the seam would be on the other side of bedroom with little foot traffic. We do not know why the installers didn't follow the diagram. We contacted the store on Thurs., February 24th with our concern. The manager, who we were told was in the store, did not return our phone call. We went to the store that afternoon and were told we would have to wait, again, until the following Monday, as the manager had left on trip and that he would call us when get returned. Manager, came to our home on Wednesday, March 2nd. He agreed the seam was installed on the wrong side. He told us we had a 15 year warranty on seams and restretching and possible replacement of the piece with the incorrect seam. We decided that replacement of that section would create more seams and we had no assurance that it would match up correctly. We were told there was still the same die lot of this carpet and should match but with all the problems we have had from the beginning, we have decided to not let them replace that piece.
