Carpet One

We had our hardwood floors sand and finish. Carpet One outsource it.
it was disappointing when we had issues after the work was done that Carpet One did not help in resolving them. I would not recomend then for Hardwood finish work

I over analyze my larger purchases. I can't even remember how many times I checked out samples. I was also looking for a laminated floor that could be used throughout first floor including an unheated sunroom. Found the perfect floor at Douglas. We love our new floor.

This is our second experience shopping with the folks here, and the first one was better. We like the sales support and we really like that Jim Douglas is hands-on and available. We also like the products; they look great in our new home. My reservation has to do with scheduling. We were given the impression that turnaround time would be much shorter than it actually was; our carpet was being laid the day the mortgage appraiser came by. That was pretty darn stressful.

It was an amazing experience from the minute we walked into the showroom. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They went above and beyond to make us happy. We LOVE our new floor and will not hesitate to use Douglas Carpet One in North Aurora again. We are so thankful that Mitch & Jim made this such an easy process. From the welcomed greeting in the store, through the measuring, scheduling and installation, all involved were kind and professional. My anticipated installation was in January, but was surprised with a call regarding a cancellation. So excited I got my install in before holidays!

Douglas Carpet was fantastic to work with on installing a carpet running. They were professional and friendly. Also the work was done right and completed on time! We would highly recommend them !

Great job! Very clean and efficient

Friendly people but thought the installation lacked attention to detail and wasn鈥檛 thrilled about the finished product. The carpet on the bottom step to the wood floor was simply cut and looked unfinished. The carpet on the stairs wasn鈥檛 tacked down on each step. Finally, had to remind them to remove the staples from the exposed top step.

All of the sales people at Douglas Carpet were very helpful. We love our new engineered wood floor. The installation was fantastic and competed in one day. We will use Douglas Carpet again,
