They messed up my order – did not order it correctly and then never placed the order. I had to drive 2 hours to pick up the tile. Their delivery time frames are not accurate and off by weeks. You get a different answer depending on who you talk to. The manager never returned my calls and did not make it right. Poor customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

I spoke to two different individuals at Carpet Mart. The first assisted me in selecting an area rug. The second helped me select a pad after I realized the pad I had was too small. Both representatives were : patient, knowledgeable, helpful and FRIENDLY. Rare in today's world. I will recommend Carpet Mart to my family and friends based on my interactions with your staff. Outstanding! Thanks!

I went to the new store in Whitehall 3 weeks ago to get carpet. I had to get someone to help me which seemed odd but I did pick out a carpet and was told that a person would call me to schedule a measurement. After waiting over a week to have someone call me, I called and scheduled the measurement for the 17th at 9am. I took off from work that morning but nobody ever showed up. In fact, when I called the store to see when someone would be showing up, they told me that they didn't even have me on their schedule. I was told that someone would call me to reschedule but no one ever called. I finally went to the store on the 20th to drop off the sample that I borrowed and to get my $35 measurement fee refunded. I was told that because I scheduled the appointment and live outside of Kutztown, that nobody was available. No call from the store to tell me this and the person I spoke to really didn't seem to care that I took off from work to get this measurement done. All I can say to anyone considering this place……go somewhere else!

Just had our carpet install completed through the Reading,PA store. What a refreshing experience on all levels.
Lynn was our sales person and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation.
Due to the Covid-19 issue, we ran into some delays on our end and had to postpone our install several times. This was NEVER an issue with Carpet Mart.

When it came time to do the install, we received a phone call with arrival time for the installers.
Alex and Z were great to work with, as they were professional and worked very efficiently. Carpet looks terrific and can't find ANY issues with the installation.
This was a wonderful and easy process for us.
Will recommend Carpet Mart to anyone looking for carpet!!

The quality of the carpet is fantastic. We ordered a cut-to-length runner for our stairs and it just gave them the right amount of pop! The prices were just right, and with the additional 10% new customer discount, we spent less than we had budgeted. Fast shipping also. Our order arrived a day earlier than anticipated. Highly recommended!!

I was so pleased with my dealing with Stuart for the flooring I purchased at the Exton store that I when I was shopping for a counter top and backsplash I went out of my way to go to the New Castle , DE store. The store has an enormous inventory, but Stuart narrowed down my choices to exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my preferences and my price point. He also advised me well on the selections. The entire process from selection to installation was seamless.

Absolute worst customer service, ordered flooring for our downstairs, credit card was charged for the full amount and paid the 35.00$ for the measurement. Scheduled the installation date, then received a call from Joe the sales person that the roll of flooring I chose is 5 feet short so we need to choose another floor covering. Went back to the store, chose a flooring that we were told is readily available and agreed to the increase of 250.00$ in price to keep the installation date. Recieved a call from Joe today telling me the new floor I chose won't be available until mid March. He also told me there is a similar flooring in stock, but the cost would be approximately 800.00$ more. I have decided to have the charge taken off my card, will go to another flooring store….one where the sales person has knowledge of what is available and doesn't increase the cost with every call.

So Rhoda hooked up me to get my floor installed when it was suppose to be. Thanks to her for stepping up and finding a solution. Installation on the other hand was poor. Was told by the salesman (Aaron) it would take one day, well it took three. Cost me extra money for the plumber because I had to pay for two guys instead of one to put all appliances back since my husband couldn't take anymore time off. The installers didn't put molding around the steps and the job around the fireplace has gaps. Also had gaps at the seams where two pieces of molding met. Ask if he was going to fix it and was told that was it, so we had to get stain to fix a few places so the raw wood wasn't sticking out next to the brown flooring. Had a few scratches from the guy throwing the nail gun across the floor. So the other guy said he would have to take up all the floor to replace those pieces so he used some crayon to fixed the discoloration instead. Really couldn't take more time off of work. The dust that was all over the house was awful. They should of cut pieces outside in the driveway but they used our garage. I am still trying to clean the mess up especially on the Harley. Now the flooring is a great product and I would buy product from them but wouldn't use their installation team.
