Delightful experience with the Mentone Store. We initially met with Brad and he was knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. He instilled a confidence and discussed a number of options. John came and completed the measure and quote. John's knowledge about the carpet quality, styles and complimenting colours was very impressive. I had delayed in seeking solutions because I did not want the pushy sales experience. Nothing of the sort from the Mentone team. If you are looking for an informative, relaxed environment this is the place. Very happy with our final choice.

I recently went to a Carpet Call store to purchase a rug. Instore I was offered 15% off the purchase price. When I checked Carpet Call online, the same rug was offered 50% off. When I requested with the team member about the 50% off they refused to offer the 50%. I left the store and ordered the rug online with free delivery. Why is there no consistency in pricing between a brick and mortar store and online store? Other than the price difference, the rug I ordered was perfect.
