I placed an order for Copic Ciao markers on January 2, 2010. On January 5, 2010, the money cleared my account. I checked the status of my order and as of Friday, January 8th, it showed "Pending" and a note below said that orders would not be shipped before credit card charges went through. Well, today is January 11th and my order status says, "Processing." I emailed the company on January 8th and asked them if my order had shipped. NO REPLY. I was going to call them today but their website conveniently shows no phone number – email is the only way to attempt to contact them. I sent them another email today in hopes to get a response. If I don't hear anything from them by tomorrow morning, I will have my bank reverse the charges. I thought $2.50/Copic marker was too good to be true… I guess it is. I will update my review if I have anything new to say abut Carpe Diem.
