Still waiting for an air filter after 4 months. Called 4 times with 2 hours wait and told it will be with me soon. Emails don't get answered and chat is only for new orders and part info so getting nowhere fast. Won't use again

Great service. Ordered a new battery for my car on Thursday 18/06/20. Checked to see when it would be delivered and was quoted 2 — 3 working . days. Had an e-mail from DHL on Thursday afternoon to say battery was on the way and would be delivered on Saturday 20/06/20 between 12:30 and 14:30, arrived 13:30. Well done car parts for less and DHL for quick delivery.

Really disappointed with this company. I paid for next day delivery for a car battery which cost 拢4.95. I didn't receive the item for several days. When I emailed to complain I received no response. I appreciate we were in lock down however if the company were unable to guarantee this service then it shouldn't be offered on their Web site.

Website stated 2-3 days for delivery. I called them to find out they hadn't even processed my order and some parts were even out of stock, despite them saying in stock on the website. I have spent almost 3 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone. The last time I was promised I would get an email and a call regarding when my order would be delivered a week later still nothing. The parts are for my partners car who is a NHS keyworker who uses her car in the community. Do they care…… doesn't look like it. Shocking service

Waited 10 days for parts only to find wrong parts were delivered. My wife is a key worker and needs her car for work. Really, really not happy. Avoid Car Parts For Less at all cost.
Just had an email asking how I rated their customer support and was I happy. Surely this is a joke. What a bunch of con artists. Never never again will I use this company.
Writing to ombudsman to see if I can get my refund.

Had an issue with delivery, communication with first person on live chat was great, had to chase for followup after 48 hours then that person (Liam) was very rude. i then had a follow up from their escalation team that were very helpful and made my deliver happen by the following morning.

Few months ago l reviewed this company after having numerous problems with an order. In fairness the company dealt with my complaint very efficiently. l have since made new orders, but still the problems persist. l ordered windscreen wipers for a MK1 Audi TT, but received the rear wiper for a a 3 series BMW. l have sent emails but they have been ignored. Seems the only way l get issues resolved is by leaving a negative review, which is a real shame.
l left this first review 3 days ago, yet still nobody from Carpartsforless bothers getting back to me. . They have ignored at least 3 emails, now they don't respond to this review, this is last time l ever use this company.

I use this company a lot and they deserve 5 stars for cusomer service etc. However, if you subscribe to emails you will be inundated with them. The easy answer is to unsubscribe, but that shouldn't be necessary. Someone needs to tone down the volume!

I had a problem with delivery charges from Carpartsforless to my postcode. Chloe from their Service Support Team contacted me and explained the situation and suggested a suitable resolution to my problem. She was most helpful with this and it was much appreciated. I had absolutely no other problems with my order and would certainly recommend this company for their customer care.

I have had many deliveries of service and various others parts from this company with no problem whatsoever. Was very surprised when I saw so many bad reviews.

Even the free delivery has been good and generally very quick despite in theory being up to 5 days.

For those who don't know these are actually Europarts except generally 20% cheaper and there also often extra money off. Just an overlay of website. All parts no.s identical. Just cheaper.

Anyway I like them and can get genuine Bosch parts at great discounts.

Ok my option has changed – this company messed up my Saturday order but after complaining they have gone the extra mile to rectify the issue. I would like to thank Katie for her professionalism apologising for call being late but finally someone listened!!

Wrong part delivered, No response to email after 7 days. Two 20 minute phone calls waiting for the "next available advisor" proved fruitless…how long is reasonable to wait? Invoice contact number: 0333 332 1500 is a dead number.

Utterly crap service. Avoid like the plague. Debating whether to issue a HM Court Service Money Claim Online if a response is not received soon. See if that inspires a response!

Ordered a part for my car, which wouldnt start, specifically paid extra for next day delivery, the part didnt arrive, called DHL who said that they had'nt even been able to pick up the order as they are so disorganised.

This has cost me time any money, as I need my car for work, I will never use this company again, or their sister company Eurocar parts

I ordered brake pads on 9th of April they claim 4 working days for delivery it took eight working days to receive the items. Getting through to them on the phone is time consuming and I did not manage to get through. I have not received response to emails within 48 hours. I have never encountered an online business with such poor customer service. The time I have spent trying to deal with this company probably costs more the goods that I have bought. I would advise anyone to go and buy from a local stockist at least you can pick your parts up and get your car sorted quickly and with things like brake pads you really don't want to be hanging around !!

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered discs and pads all round on the 27th March by 4th of April I received two discs. No idea when I am getting the rest. They don鈥檛 answer the phone or reply to emails. I鈥檝e no idea what to do. This has to be fraud. I don鈥檛 believe I will ever get my money back or see the parts I ordered as I stupidly paid by debit card. Anyone any ideas?

I ordered fornt and rear wiper blades for my C1. Rear one was delivered and the front one was to follow. Few days past and I heard nothing. I called having waited on tthe line for a while, I managed to spoke to a customer service advisor. It seemed my order was forgotten! She reordered the part and informed me that I would be receiveng an email regarding delivery. Few days passed and I still haven't heard anything. I am on the phone holding for the last 32+ minutes and still no luck talking to anybody regarding my order. Just terrible service! I will think twice ordering form this company again! I ordered Maguiars Quik detailer INTERIOR. I received an exterior detailer which didn鈥檛 even look the same as what I ordered. I emailed them and they sent a replacement. Good service, I thought. However the same wrong product arrived. I emailed again. A second replacement was sent. WRONG AGAIN. I received a total of 3 deliveries all with the same wrong product.
I have since sent 2 emails asking if it can be rectified and have been ignored!! I been sent a screenshot of what I ordered from their website and what I had been sent to show them the difference.
It has been some weeks and I don鈥檛 have the product I need so will have to pay out to buy it elsewhere.
I chose them because the product was cheaper. My advice is to pay more and go to a company that actually has a clue about their products and what they are doing and has better customer service.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

I ordered a battery from this sham of a company and paid for next day delivery. The order was placed around 2pm and the item was in stock. The cut off for next day delivery is 4pm so I was well within the window. As you have probably guessed my delivery didn't arrive the next day. In fact it hadn't even been dispatched. It was eventually despatched 2 days after ordering meaning the delivery now ran into the weekend. The delivery company doesn't deliver at the weekend. A total of 5 days for an in stock item next day delivery. Further to that they don't respond to emails. They may be cheap but their customer service is dreadful. Save yourself a lot of hassle, spend a couple of more quid with a different company
