Customer support is just terrible. Bought a chrome grill that lost the chrome out of the box. Terrible product. Asked for a refund, finally got offered one and have since been ignored for literally a month, even after sending four emails. Ridiculous customer support.

I sent off my order 21/05-2012 and received the package 31/05-2012
Everything was well wrapped and the parts was as expected!
But unfortunately, the E36 M3 diffusor had a 30cm long crack in it and i immediately sent them an email (with pictures) and got an reply the next day.
They asked me to destroy it and send pictures of it, where they would then send me a new one.

I sent the pictures to them 02/06-2012 in an email and got reply 04/06-2012 that they would send a new one.

11/06-2012 i received the new diffusor, which was packed even more securely and even had holes for mounting which the first one didnt had.
