Never use this company. Shipped order to the wrong address. Just picked a random zip code that isn't even in our state. Won't cancel the order or issue a refund. BUYER BEWARE

Bought my powersteering pump from them on Tuesday because they estimated it would be delivered by Friday. I pay i get confirmation email. Next I get a tracking email saying again it should be here by Friday. Then the next day I get a email saying Wednesday of the following week! 5 days may not seem like a big deal but it means another week without a car and finding rides to and from work. Plus instead of having a weekend to do the work ill probably have to do it on Thanksgiving. Would not use this site again unless I'm buying maintenance stuff I can wait a month for.

I ordered a part and was shipped the wrong one. I tried contacting via phone, email, and leaving a callback number. No response. Once I contested the charge with my bank they replied, but only to confirm the purchase. They never reached out to replace the item

I placed four orders to try these guys out, all the parts were in stock but the shipping was very high, the website said the parts would arrive by a specific date which sort of justified the outrageous shipping costs. Almost a $1,000.oo worth of stuff

Three of the four orders were at least 4 days late, their customer service told me to pound sand because the shipping was within their terms and conditions and that the advertised arrival dates did not matter, i will never do business with them again.

I ordered a set of bumper brackets. They were advertised as a set. I got one and I had to pay to send it back. I would never have bought it if they told me the other on was back ordered, with no date that it would be back in stock

Great products at great prices, delivered on time! I needed a new keylock for my 2005 Impala; CarParts sold it to me for less than 30% of the price of an original manufacturers part. It took me longer to get the old keylock out than it took to install the new part. Turned the key, and VROOM! On the road again!

Three times I got this part after I returned it twice all three times the tabs were broke

I filled in my service was good. They was able to solve what ever problems I had in a timely fashion.

Everything was good and on time parts were correct price was fair

Getting a little Pissed off at CarParts.com. You have shipped the wrong parts to me "Brake Pad and Rotor combo" Mine are vented, the ones You sent are not. The hub size is not right. I believe that You shipped me the assembly for the rear end of my car instead of the front.1995 Tiyota Avalon XLS. I had to purchase the parts from a local auto parts dealer to complete the job. What I seek now is what I need to return these parts and get my money back. And You have not been very fourth coming on this issue. I have recommended CarParts.com to friends in the past. But I can see that coming to an end also, unless I start to get some action from You Guys. Do Not sell My data!

The part I received was defective and could not get a refund. This was a waste if time and money.

I got the wrong part again. The parts I received are for a 2014 Chevy Silverado. I ordered for a 2014 Dodge Ram.

I like the way the representative are very helpful and cautious. They helped Me with all My issues and they went above and beyond to make Me feel like a true valued customer.
