Booked car park then had no confirmation email, but money taken.
No reply to email request for booking confirmation until over a week had passed, website also down unable to make contact.
Had to book another official car park as close to departure date.
Then charged a cancellation fee.

Once I arrived at the airport I had to wait 20 min for the driver to arrive to pick up my car from me.
When they returned the cat, it was filthy, mud allover on the outside and the inside. They do not get back to you when you make a complaint.
