I order a radio from Carpar a few days before Christmas. Because of private reason i send the Radio back. After a few days the customer send me a e-mail that he give me the money back and hopefully everything is oke. Very great service and nice customer!

1 Month waiting for the Radio after payment.

Only two stars, because delivery time was almost three weeks and therefore not in time for Christmas ( Friday after Christmas).
Radio itsself looks quite good and fits well..

Your Radio couldnt be removed properly, once you installed it in the Car.
You had to Break it out otherwise you couldnt remove it.
Just a trash remove-system the employees of the garage told us.

No order confirmation and no Information concerning delivery date,

Super Service

delivery was delayed for 2 weeks without further notice. I guess they had to order the product from china first (the navigation system still had chinese advertisements on its hardware).
Tried to call via hotline, but nobody ever answered, independet at what time Ive tried to call.

I have your car phone – but: the navi doesn't work – it is "offline" and doesn't work with the GPS?
And: the part doesn't really fit in car, there are gaps on both sides.
And: the free speacking isn't really possible because the microphone is to low?
What to do??

– delivery time 14 days in lieu of 2-3 days
– no order confirmation
– no access to the customer portal
– no or insufficient communication regarding help desk, no service
– no purchase amount refund after sending the product back to Carpar (10 days already passed)

No answer to my mails

Waited for a long time for my radio, then got the wrong cableset for my car and no one answered my mails or phone calls.

i woud give 5 stars. but the delivery time was to long
radio is very good, still works now 2 weeks without any problems
i hope so it goes on 😉

Everything ok!

First I needed to wait a month until my package was send. Then when it arrived, the wrong product was shipped. When mailing them to return the product, they don't respond to the email.
