When i ordered my paint i hadn't read any reviews as i thought it's only 拢15 what can go wrong. Well, it took 2 weeks to get my paint with absolutely no communication whatsoever, i emailed twice with no response and also telephoned but was only able to leave a message. What makes it worse is i was ripped off for 拢3.74 postage for a 1st class stamp and an envelope and extremely poor delivery. i would have thought for that amont it would have special delivery.
I see by other reviews they seem to be a very much hit or miss company, unfortunately i was on of the misses.

Having placed my order for a Volvo XC60 fusion red stick I then looked at the Company reviews. "Wrong way round" I thought to myself having read a number of poor reviews, mostly about slow delivery. I even thought of cancelling my order, but then thought its only 拢11.00 so we'll try it out. Imagine my pleasure when 3 days after I ordered I got the product, and had two updates on progress in between. I'm sure it's mostly only the grumpy or badly served who write the poor reviews. Most of us take service for granted and don't write reviews. In fairness to AutoCarpaint I thought I'd break the mould this time. Well done!

Ordered paint for my car 2 months ago and still haven鈥檛 received anything. I鈥檝e emailed them countless times and have only had one email back saying it must have been lost in the post. Told me to wait a few more days (it had already been nearly a month) and then contact them if it didn鈥檛 show. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times since and haven鈥檛 heard anything

This company are pretty useless and should be avoided.
I ordered some touch up paint in August 2019.
It didn't arrive so I emailed them and got an automated reply.
I forgot about it for a while then followed up some months later.
Emailed again, called and left a message, still no reply or paint delivery.
Eventually, I contacted West Lothian Trading Standard and they got a refund for me.
I finally got an email from them confirming the refund but no apology – they said I'd ordered under a different name – which of course I hadn't!
Basically I don't think they give a monkeys about their customers so just use someone else.

I was dubious after i didn't receive a confirmation email and read some reviews, but the kit arrived no bother at all. Speedy service given the current climate!

I ordered paint from this company, My car reg number is unusual and wasn't on their database so they emailed me to ask for the paint code. In the meantime I had sourced the paint locally so replied to Car Paint Repair to cancel the order. Reading the reviews on this site I didn't expect to get my money back but they gave me a full refund without me even asking.

Awful company.
I ordered something by mistake, cancelled it later the same day, they totally ignored my request and sent it anyway a WEEK later.
No customer service at all, non existent.

No goods received. Its a total scam!
They have automated responses to emails but do not reply with any order details. Also can't be contacted through phone.
Currently trying to retrieve money back through credit card company.
Please save yourself the hassle and stay well away.

Please avoid using this company!!! SCAM!!!
I wish I had googled them before placing my order which I never received.
Never replied to my emails.
Never answered numerous calls I made.
Surely they have got to be shut down!
Disgraceful.
I also logged a complaint with trading standard.

I did receive my paint so looking at the reviews I was one of the lucky ones but by the time I came to use it the paint had dried up in the cheap plastic bottle as the thinners escaped through the bottle – the cap was tightly screwed on
Have tried to get replacement and like most others have only received an automatic acknowledgement to my 3 attempts
Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering!!!

Desurve No Stars!!
3 weeks to recieve leaked wrong colour overpriced paint. Sent 7 emails as paint they sent is usless ( completely wrong colour code) and Not a single reply!
By far the worst on line company I have used in resent years.
Total waste of time and money hope you go out of business asap so know one else gives there money to your appalling company!!!

I should have learned my lesson. I have ordered twice from these people (different cars) and each time the colour has been no where near. They do nit reply to emails.

They do not answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. They do not reply to emails either. Sent white instead of black and 10 days is not what I call "fast delivery". Avoid – go to the main dealer or Halfords.

ordered paint and had a query
they completely ignore you,these people seem crooks,get your money and send out rubbish
one bottle I had is like water !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they will not confirm the instructions are correct how on earth do you put a thick paint on followed by a almost water colour then top seal.
if it damages my car I will sue for a complete repaint !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 5 weeks ago…nothing. they dont answer the phone ,only answering m/c and they dont reply to emails. I have had to contact bank to try get money back. Shocking business. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I was very worried when my order hadn't arrived within three weeks and I then I saw the adverse reviews.

However when I got back from holiday today the packet was there with full instructions. Paint looks a trifle light but who knows so will give it a go.

I suspect they are a small outfit and sometimes do not have the staff to cope

As with a number of other comments the paint i received did not match my car. I have e-mailed twice and they have not bothered to reply.

After e-mailing 3/4 times I finally got a reply and have now received the correct paint

Ordered 31 July 2019 and received email that Worldpay had taken my money for payment. That is all I heard – they ignored my 5 emails and 7 telephone messages UNTIL I was fortunate enough that Trading Standard Grampian intervened. I initially contacted Citizens Advice Bureau, as Google advised me, on 03454 040506 who if they consider the enquiry serious enough notify the Trading Standard Officers in the area to help. Trading Standards were extremely helpful and almost a month later CarPaintRepair returned my payment. No apology for their poor Customer Service. I note from their reviews that they have received 1 Star ratings SINCE 2009. How do they function! I believe now that I have published the correct method to contact these people they may improve OR have this review removed. Don't let people like these spoil on-line shopping……

Avoid Total Scam.
Ordered paint on 9th August, had return email stating they required colour code. Sent codes. Enquired about delivery various times, eventually told item had been sent on the 15th and to allow a couple of days for delivery. Now 21st and still waiting!!!!
If it does decide to turn up now, I鈥檓 now expecting the wrong colour like everyone else鈥檚 review.
Very sad that people like this are scamming and aren鈥檛 stopped.
