My wife bought an address book from Caroline Gardner but unfortunately it sustained a little damage in transit. This was her first purchase from them and, as it was intended as a gift, she contacted Caroline Gardner who replied back straight away and resolved the issue to my wife's 100% satisfaction.Their customer service couldn't be friendlier or more professional, and we heartily recommend them. Their prices are very competitive, their range impressive and my wife has already bought more products from them!

Customer service is truly outstanding! They emailed me about an out of stock item and then gave me the option of choosing something else or getting money back. So honest and helpful.
