Instructions were only given for bottom bed and not top bed and no hardwear for top bed had to go to hardwear store to complete bed finding the right screws. Emailed for help and person was out and could not help.

No order confirmation, they don't answer customer support numbers, their parent company (Mattress USA) can't find my order….they are like a black hole. Seems as if the ONLY thing they can do correctly is bill your credit card. Stay away!!!

We purchased a complete dining room set from Carolina Rustica. The Sales people were fantastic. Fast forward to the delivered product. Our sideboard arrived with a large scar in the velvet drawer lining under the silverware storage tray which we reported. The china and hutch arrived several weeks later. The china has a faulty switch which we still don't know if it will be replaced. When I cleaned the glass on the hutch, one of the curved doors has multiple scratches in it. My husband called customer service again and was told he sure calls a lot with complaints (3rd call, 3rd issue) and that once the delivery company leaves our house, they don't cover anything. LOVELY ATTITUDE. So I guess the answer to our scratched glass was we should have cleaned it while the delivery people were here. Won't buy anything else from them in the future.

Valerie P is an asset to this company. After purchasing a mattress from US Mattress we finally took delivery 29 days after the order was placed. Upon delivery we noticed that the mattress had a rather large dent in it, delivery person told us to resolve with company, after many attempts to do so I finally reached Valerie who took care of our problem promptly.

We had a few problems that took some time to resolve. Valerie was a pleasure to work with. Delivery service although pleasant was not much help. In the end most happy with outcome and Valerie made me feel better about the entire process. Bed is great too.

We ordered our mattress online. The mattress was delivered but not with the white glove service as indicated on the mattress.com website. Unwrapping our mattress we discovered stains and loose threading. Upon contacting customer service we received prompt response with Valerie. She was very courteous providing us our options and worked with us until it was resolved.

Chose to order an Amisco bed through Furniture Crate; great product (I've had 4 Amisco beds) but this one arrived damaged. Melanie in customer service was dubious the company would help me due to a lapsed reporting period but asked me to send supporting info and pix; I did so promptly. Twice. Never again heard from her. A month later I called and had the good fortune to reach Valerie. She said she'd arrange a replacement headboard to be sent to me and would keep me informed of progress via email. She has done just that and is an excellent "face" of the company.

Recently orderd an iron bed from Carolina Rustica that was $700 cheaper than what I was quoted in the local home furnishing stores in Santa Fe. When I got it, it looked like it had a manufacturer's defect. I calledd Carolina Rustica customer service on Saturday and they requested I send pictures of the defect, which I did, and first thing Monday morning they called me back, said they had talked to the manufacturer and were having touch up paint sent directly to me, along with a $100 rebate for my inconvenience. Have never had customer service like this before! would order from them again in a heartbeat!

HORRIBLE service from this company that takes no responsibility for their products. We purchased (2) $2,800 Bradington-Young leather sofas on 12/10 and when they arrived 2 months later and one was scratched they made us send it back to the factory for it to be repaired. This took a month and when it was delivered it was the wrong sofa entirely! The delivery company they contracted with had to locate the sofa (*we stayed in contact with the delivery company since Carolina Rustica would never call us back or keep us informed, they washed their hands of it since it was now the delivery companies responsibility) and then it took a couple weeks to find it and another before it was delivered. When it arrived the scratches had been repaired and looked even worse than when we received it the first time. We had to fight with CarolinaRustica to get some money off since we couldn't do anything about the sofa at this point. Just awful and not worth saving any money for the lack of service and inability to stand behind their product.
