When we first moved to Hudson Florida a year and a half ago we found this store right away. At that time we bought a desk ( many compliments ) and lamps for our living room. We decided to buy a home and went back and bought a beautiful (different) Dining room table and chairs. And was planning on just a recliner but ended up with a couch and recliner. Very happy with everything we have purchased at Carolina Factory Outlet and of course Todd the most helpful sales person. When we walked in on a 100 degree day. Would you like a bottle of water? Very nice and helpful through the entire purchase. Also Joe who also was very helpful also. We highly recommend Carolina Factory Outlet for all your furniture needs, you will find high quality furniture, great prices and a lot of different things you won't find in other stores. And of course Todd.

They helped us with same day purchase ! Nice selection with prices anyone can afford.

great people. we had terrific communication with company. the delivery guys were just a touch clumsy the one must have been new because he banged the piece into the wall on the door frame right after we just had it all painted. it was a small nick we didn't see until they had gone. the driver was very pleasant and polite. we did have good service.

We are not comfortable with the furniture and let the sales force know about it. We were late in expressing our feelings and let the sales people know we were gone for a month and the furniture was not used during that time. We wanted to exchange for an upgrade but to no avail.

We understand the policy on returns and will think twice about any more purchases from Carolina.

Mr. Joseph Eden and his staff are Fantastic ! We needed to purchase a Living Room and a Bedroom set for our granddaughter. We visited two of the Heavy Hitters in the area and walked out. We visited Carolina Factory Outlet in Hudson and were treated First Class by the staff. We made numerous adjustments and changes and I could not believe how patient and accommodating the entire staff was. After the delivery, we required a minor adjustment….guess what…it was taken care of THAT DAY !!!! I would highly suggest this firm for any and all of your furniture needs. Kindness goes a LONG WAY !

We had just moved to Florida and needed to furnish our new home. Shopping at Carolina was one of the best customer service experiences we have experienced. Todd and Joe were extremely professional, friendly, and superb in helping us find the furniture we were looking for. They set up our delivery quickly and the guys who delivered were also professional and friendly..they set up the furniture where needed. I can't say enough good about Carolina Factory! I'm from Michigan and bought a condo in New Port Richey. I took a flight down and had only one week to purchase furniture. Chris was my salesman and he went out of his way for me. He came in on his day off, and spent 2 hours with me while I decided just what I wanted. I ended up buying more than I planned and he gave me a great deal. They delivered everything the next day. I am so happy and would recommend Carolina Factory to anyone! Quality furniture at a good price and excellent service!

Some nice furniture on display just think a MONTH PLUS is a very long time this day and age to have to wait to have delivered ?…
Have company arriving the end of the month and not even a guarantee it will be here for their comfort.
Everyone was nice helpful with the process… Just on pins n needles and bummed it takes so long to arrive…

I bought a couch and love seat. Within an hour of having it delivered I called and said we didn't like it. It was too big and to dark for our living room. They said too bad, once it is delivered no returns or exchanges. I was very unhappy and I want everyone to know.

The store did an excellent job handling an issue I had with a mattress purchase by responding quickly and replacing the defective mattress.

Very helpful. Went out of their way to help us get furniture ASAP when we moved down here.

Friendly yet professional service. Prices were very reasonable. Selections were somewhat geared to heavier looking pieces on a whole however.

I am from NH. Started looking on line for furniture for my new home in FL.
checked a lot of different stores,but their delivery wasn't acceptable. I found North Carolina outlet with nice furniture. I called and spoke to Todd, who was wonderful to work with. We spoke many times. He assured me furniture I liked was in inventory and available. He even went as far to set up a delivery on Wed. the day after we arrived in FL. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and went directly to the store. Todd was waiting for us even thou it was his day off. Loved everything we picked out. It was all delivered the next day. Totally enjoyed my experience with the store and Todd. I would recommend North Carolina to anyone . The delivery people were delightful, on time, and very efficient.

They are trying to scam us. We were told we were getting the mattress cover free yet they charged us for it, we were also told we were getting free delivery yet they charged us. We also have some other extra charges we need to get straightened out with them. We were first going to get a mattress and sofa/loveseat. Then we cancelled the sofa/loveseat temporarily and now they were going to adjust the charges. Now we find out they are charging us almost $300 more in fees than they should be. We had planned on coming back to get other furniture but don't know now.
